أهداف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى التّعرف على الدّور التنمويّ للمؤسّسات الإسلاميّة في الأنشطة الاقتصاديّة كالتّوظيف، والدّخل، ومعالجة الفقر، بالإضافة إلى الأنشطة الاجتماعيّة كالخدمات الصّحيّة، والتّعليميّة، والزّواج، والإنفاق على الأيتام والأرامل وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصّة.
منهج الدراسة: استخدم الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التّحليليّ.
عيّنة الدّراسة: تمّ تطبيق أداة الدّراسة (الاستبانة) على عيّنة عشوائيّة بسيطة من المسلمين المستفيدين من خدمات المجلس الإسلامي السنغافوري وبلغ عددهم (335) فرداً، وتمّت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام مقياس ليكرت، وبرنامج التحليل الإحصائي، وحساب معامل الارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل ألفا كرونبانج، والمتوسط الحسابي الموزون، والانحراف المعياري.
نتائج الدراسة: توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أبرزها ما يلي:
1. أن المجلس الإسلاميّ السنغافوريّ يمارسه دوره الاقتصادي بصورة جيدة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.98) ونسبة ممارسة بلغت (59.6%).
2. أن المجلس الإسلاميّ السنغافوريّ يمارس دوره الاجتماعي بصورة جيدة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.00) ونسبة ممارسة (60%).
التوصيات: من أهمها ما يلي:
1. ضرورة بذل المزيد من الاهتمام بالدور الاقتصادي والتنموي للمجلس الإسلاميّ السنغافوريّ.
2. تقديم دورات تدريبية وتأهيلية للموظفين بالمجلس الإسلامي السنغافوريّ في تخصصات متنوعة.
3. تنويع الموارد المادية والبشرية والتقنية اللازمة لتنفيذ الأنشطة لدى العاملين في المؤسسات الإسلامية.
Abstract: Title: The developmental role of Islamic Organizations in Singapore: A Case study on the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS).
Objectives of the study: The study aimed to identify the developmental role of Islamic Organisation in Singapore in terms of economic activity in the field of employment, income, and poverty alleviation, in addition to social activity in the fields of health, education, marriage, and expenditure on orphans, widows and special need’s people.
Methodology of study: The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in the study.
Study sample: The study tool (questionnaire) was spread to a simple random sample of Muslims benifited from Islamic Religious Council of Singapore, their number reached (335) individuals, and then the data was statistically processed using Likert scale, the statistical analysis program (SPSS), and the Pearson correlation coefficient was calculated and the Alpha Cronbach, the weighted mean, and the standard deviation.
Results of the study: The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are the following:
1. The Islamic Council of Singapore practices its economic role at a good way, with an arithmetic average (2.98) at a percentage rate of (59.6%).
2. The Islamic Council of Singapore practices its social role in a good way, with an arithmetic average (3.00) at a percentage rate of (60 %).
Proposals: Some of the important points:
1. The need to pay more attention to the economic and developmental role of Islamic Religious Council of Singapore.
2. Provide training and qualification courses for Islamic Religious Council of Singapore’s employees in various specialisations.
3. To broaden the necessary materials, human and technical resources in order to run the activities of Islamic institutions’ employees.
