المستخلص: هذه رسالة علمية مقدمة لنيل الدرجة العالمية الدكتوراه، وتعنى "بجمع الأحاديث التي أعلها الحافظ ابن عدي في كتابه "الكامل في ضعفاء الرجال" بقوله: لا يتابع عليه، حيث قام الباحث بدراستها دراسة حديثية من خلال تخريجها تخريجا مستوعبا لجميع طرقها من المتابعات التامة فالقاصرة، وقد قسم البحث إلى قسمين هما:
القسم الأول: وجعله في ثلاثة فصول وهي كالتالي: الفصل الأول: دراسة موجزة للحافظ أبي أحمد عبد الله بن عدي الجرجاني، وضمنه ثمانية مباحث. والفصل الثاني: في دراسة موجزة عن كتاب الكامل في ضعفاء الرجال ضمنه ثلاثة مباحث، والفصل الثالث: في الإعلال بالتفرد أو المخالفة وضمنه أربعة مباحث.
وأما القسم الثاني: فهو في دراسة الأحاديث، وضمنه نص الحديث، ثم تخريجه، ثم التعريف برواة الحديث عند ابن عدي، ثم دراسة الأسانيد، ثم بيان وجه أعلال الحافظ للحديث بقوله " لا يتابع عليه". وأبرز ما توصل إليه الباحث من النتائج ما يلي:
أولا: سعة اطلاع الحافظ ابن عدي ودقة حكمه.
ثانيا: أن التفرد مظنة حكم الناقد بأن الراوي لم يتابع على روايته.
ثالثا: أن المخالفة من أسباب حكم الناقد على الراوي بأنه لم يتابع على روايته.
Abstract: This is a scientific thesis submitted for obtaining the international degree of doctorate, and it is concerned with “collecting the hadiths that Al-Hafiz Ibn Udayy highlighted in his book “Al-Kamil fi Doafaa’ Al-Rijal” by saying: “not followed”, as the researcher studied it as a Hadiths study by examining it in an understanding of all its methods of complete and minor follow-up, and the research has been divided into two parts: The first section: It included three chapters, which are as follows: The first chapter: a brief study of Al-Hafiz Abi Ahmed Abdullah bin Udayy Al-Jarjani, and it included eight topics, and the second chapter: a brief study of the book “Al-Kamil fi Doafaa’ Al-Rijal”, which included three topics, and the third chapter: the singularity reasoning or the violation and guaranteed it included four topics. The second section: It is in the study of hadiths, and it included the text of the hadith, then transferring it, then the definition of the narrators of the hadith according to Ibn Uday, then the study of the evidences, and then explaining the reasoning of Al-Hafiz’s explanation of the hadith by saying, “not followed.” The most prominent findings of the researcher are the following: First: The knowledge of al-Hafiz Ibn Uday and the accuracy of his judgment. Second: The singularity is a presumption of the critic’s judgment that the narrator did not follow up on his narration. Third: The violation is one of the reasons for the critic’s ruling on the narrator that he did not follow up on his narration
