المستخلص: فهذا ملخص لرسالة علمية مقدمة لنيل درجة الماجستير في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة النبوية في كلية الشريعة – قسم الفقه-, والتي هي بعنوان المفيد والمزيد في شرح التجريد لأبي المفاخر عبد الغفور بن لقمان بن محمد الكردري (ت562ه)، من بداية باب: بيع المكيل والموزون والمذروع إلى نهاية باب: المعتدة متى يلحق نسب ولدها (دراسة ًوتحقيقاً). وهذا كتاب في الفقه الحنفي، وهو شرح لمتن التجريد لأبي الفضل الكرماني، وتكمن أهميته بأنه شرح لمتن معتمد في المذهب، وقد توسع الشارح في النقل عن كتب المذهب الحنفي المعتمدة، فهو موسوعة يقصد إليه لمعرفة الأقوال في المذهب الحنفي، كما أنه امتاز بأسلوبه على الفقه المقارن، حيث لم يقتصر الشارح على فقه الحنفي فحسب، بل نقل عن كثير من الفقهاء الآخرين.
وقد اعتمدت في تحقيق هذه الرسالة على نسخة واحدة، وهي نسخة المكتبة الحكومية، تركيا، إستانبول.
وقد اشتملت الرسالة على: مقدمة، وقسمين، وفهارس.
فالمقدمة اشتملت على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وخطة البحث.
أما القسم الأول فقد اشتمل على ثلاثة فصول:
الفصل الأول: ترجمة صاحب المتن- أبي الفضل الكرماني-.
الفصل الثاني: ترجمة الشارح- عبد الغفور الكردري-.
الفصل الثالث: التعريف بالكتاب.
القسم الثاني فقد اشتمل على النص المحقق، ويشمل بعضا من كتاب البيع، وكتاب النكاح، والطلاق، واللعان، والرضاع، والنفقة، والعِدَد، ثم ذيلت التحقيق بالفهارس. وقد اتبعت في التحقيق المنهج المقرر من عمادة الدراسات العليا.
Abstract: This is a summary of a thesis submitted to obtain a master's degree at the Islamic University of Madinah in the Faculty of Shariah, Department of Jurisprudence, which is titled( al-Mufeed wal-Mazeed fi Sharh al-Tajreed) by Abu Al-Mafakher Abdul Al-Ghafour Bin Luqman Bin Muhammad Al-Kordari (562 AH), from the beginning of the chapter: selling of the measured, the weighted and the arm-length measured to the end of the chapter: when will the widow take custody of her child (study and investigation).
This is a book in the Hanafi Fiqh school, and it is an explanation of the texts of al-Tajred by Abu Al-Fadhl Al-Kirmani, and its important lies in the fact that it explains one of the main official text in the Fiqh school, and the annotator has gone wide in the transmission from the approved books of Hanafi Fiqh school, it is an encyclopedia that is referenced to know the opinions in the Hanafi Fiqh school, it is also distinguished by its style of the comparative jurisprudence, where the annotator did not limit to the jurisprudence of Hanafi only, but also transmitted from many other jurists.
I have relied on investigation in this thesis on one copy, which is the government library copy, Turkey, Istanbul.
The thesis included: an introduction, two sections, and indexes.
The introduction included the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, and the research plan.
The first section, it has three chapters:
The first chapter: biography of the owner of the text, Abu Al-Fadhl Al-Kirmani.
The second chapter: biography of the annotator, Abdul Al-Ghafour Al-Kordari.
The third chapter: introduction of the book.
The second section contains the investigated text, and it includes some of the book of sale, and the book of marriage, divorce, cursing, breastfeeding, expenses, and counting. Then, the investigation was appended with the indexes.
In the investigation, I followed the methodology approved by the Deanship of Graduate Studies.
