تعقبات الشلوبين النحوية على ابن ملكون في كتابه إيضاح المنهج ومنهجه فيها- جمعا ودراسة

المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، وبعد؛
فهذا البحث في العلاقات النحوية الموسوم بـ( تَعَقُّبَات الشَّلوبِين النَّحويَّة على ابنِ مُلْكُون في كتابِهِ "إيضاحِ المنهج" ومنهجه فيه - جمعا ودراسةً-).
حاولت من خلاله إيضاح موقف أبي علي الشلوبين من شيخه ابن ملكون في تعقبه لابن جني في كتابه "إيضاح المنهج "، وتناولت فيه تعقبات الشلوبين النحويه لشيخه ابن ملكون بالدراسة والتحليل والعرض والمناقشة والترجيح.
وقد بدأ البحث بمقدمة فيها أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، والمنهج المتبع في هذا البحث، ثم التمهيد لابن ملكون، والشلوبين، ومفهوم التعقبات لغة، واصطلاحا، ثم قُسِّم البحث إلى فصلين:
الفصل الأول: المسائل النحوية، وفيه ثلاثة وعشرون مبحثا، وقد تضمنت هذه المباحث اثنين وسبعين مطلبا.
والفصل الثاني: منهج الشلوبين في التعقبات، وفيه أربعة مطالب.
ثم ذيَّلتُ البحثَ بخاتمة أتبعتها بفهارس فنية، وفي الخاتمة ذكرت أهم النتائج، منها:
1- أن أصحاب التراجم لم يعيروا اهتماما لترجمة ابن ملكون؛ لذلك اكتنف كثير من حياته الغموض.
2- أن الشلوبين – رغم كونه تلميذا لابن ملكون – يُكثر من تعقبات شيخه، ولعل ذلك نابع من نزاهته، وتجرده للعلم، وبُعده عن تعصبه لأستاذه في المجال العلمي.
3- أنه إذا ترجح وجه اعتراض ابن ملكون على ابن جني؛ فإن الشلوبين يسلك مسلك البديل؛ بأن يفسر كلام ابن جني على وجه يخالف ما فهم منه أستاذه ابن ملكون؛ ليتمكن من إثبات تعقبه على أستاذه.
4- تفاوتت تعقبات الشلوبين لابن ملكون بين تعقبات صريحة وغير صريحة، وكان موفقا في أغلبها، ولعل ذلك نابع عن تعمق الشلوبين في البحث والاستقراء، وسعة اطلاعه على كثير من كتب المتقدمين والمعاصرين لأستاذه.

This research is on grammatical relations, which is tagged (The grammatical commentaries of Al-Shalubin on Ibn Malkoun in his book “idaahul manhaj” and his approach in it - a collection and a study -).
However, I tried to clarify the position of Abi Ali Al-Shalubin from his sheikh Ibn Malkoun in his Commentary on Ibn Jinni in his book “idaahul manhaj”, in which I dealt with the grammatical commentaries of Al-Shalubin by his Sheikh Ibn Malkoun through study, analysis, presentation, discussion and weighting.
The research began with an introduction in which the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, the research plan, and the method followed in this research, then the preamble of Ibn Malkoun, and Al-Shalubin, and the concept of commentaries literally and Technically, then the research was divided into two chapters:
The first chapter: Grammatical issues, and it contains twenty-three topics, and these chapters included seventy-two demands.
And the second chapter: The approach of Al-shalubin in the commentaries, and it contains four demands.
Then I appended the research with a conclusion that I followed with technical indexes, and in the conclusion I mentioned the most important results, including:
1- The Biographers did not pay attention to Ibn Malkoun’s biography; So much of his life was shrouded with Ambiguity.
2- Al-Shalubin - despite his being a student of Ibn Malkoun - He frequently comments on his sheikh, and perhaps this comes from his integrity, his detachment of knowledge, and his distance from bigotry towards his teacher in the field of knowledge.
3- That if the objection of Ibn Malkoun over Ibn Jinni prevails; The Shalubin takes the alternative route; By interpreting the words of Ibn Jinni in a way that contradicts what his teacher, Ibn Malkoun, understood of him. To be able to prove his Commentary on his teacher.
4- Al-Shalubin’s commentarieas on Ibn Malkoun varied between explicit and not explicit ones, and he was successful in most of them, and perhaps this emanates from the depth of Al-Shalubin in research and induction, and his extensive knowledge of many of the books of the forerunners and contemporaries of his teacher
