المستخلص: يعالج البحث (البطالة في المجتمع الموريتاني) -دراسة تحليلية خلال الفترة 2007-2017م- وتكمن أهمية البحث في: تفاقم مشكلة البطالة داخل المجتمع الموريتاني مما يستدعي دراستها واقتراح حلول لها،ولم تسبق دراسة عن مشكلة البطالة في المجتمع الموريتاني، والبحث لمعرفة الأسباب والآثار والدوافع لهذه الظاهرة. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث ما يلي: ظاهرة البطالة احدى المعضلات التي تواجه المجتمع الموريتاني، وكما تمثل البطالة من ناحية إهدار لموارد المجتمع، كما أنها تعد من ناحية أخرى مؤشرا لفشل النظام الاقتصادي في إشباع حاجات سكانه، ومن ثم في تحقيق مستوى مرتفع لرفاهية الفرد. وأما عن فروض البحث فمن أهمها: أن البطالة من الامراض الاجتماعية التي تواجهها المجتمع الموريتاني. قسمت البحث إلى، تمهيد، وفصلين، وخاتمة، وقد تناول التمهيد عن مفهوم البطالة وأنواعها والبطالة في المدار الاقتصادية، أما الفصل الأول" ملامح وتطور الاقتصاد الموريتاني والفصل الثاني" أسباب البطالة وآثارها وسبل علاجها في المجتمع الموريتاني" الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات، واتبع الباحث في ذلك المنهج التحليلي. ومن أهم نتائج البحث ما يلي: أن من أكثر الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى زيادة معدل البطالة في المجتمع الموريتاني هو عدم قبول بعض العمل المهني والاقبال على وظائف محددة، ثم في النهاية توصل الباحث إلى عدة النتائج والتوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة إعادة النظر في المناهج التعليمية وربطها بمتطلبات سوق العمل، إنشاء قاعدة بيانات قومية بإنشاء عدد مكاتب تتولى تسجيل الخريجين ومؤهلاتهم.

Abstract: Research deals with (unemployment in Mauritanian society) - analytical study during 2007-2017. The importance of research lies in: The problem of unemployment aggravates inside the Mauritanian society, which requires studying it and suggesting solutions for it, and no study was preceded by a study on the problem of unemployment in the Mauritanian society and searching for reasons, effects and motives for this phenomenon. The problem of research was: Unemployment is one of the dilemmas facing Mauritanian society, and unemployment is a waste of society's resources, and it is also an indication of the economic system's failure to satisfy the needs of its population and thus to achieve a high level of individual well-being. The most important of these is that unemployment is a social disease faced by Mauritanian society. The search was divided into a preamble, two sections and a conclusion, which dealt with the opening up of the concept of unemployment and unemployment in the economic orbit. As for the first chapter, "features and development of Mauritanian economy and the second chapter", the causes of unemployment, its effects and ways of treating it in Mauritanian society", in which the most important results and recommendations are included, and the researcher followed in that analytical approach. The most important search results are: One of the most important reasons for the increase in the unemployment rate in the Mauritanian society is the lack of admission of some professional work and the interest in certain jobs, and the researcher finally reached several conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to review educational curricula and link them to labor market requirements, establish a national database by establishing a number of offices to register graduates and their qualifications.
