وصف النسخة الخطية: هي النسخة الوحيدة والفريدة التي وجدت في مكتبة المخطوطات العربية النادرة بجامعة يـيـل الأمريكية، ورقمها: 1029، وعدد لوحاتها كاملة (221 لوح)، والمحقق منها (162.5 لوح) ومتوسط عدد الأسطر في كل لوحة 20 سطر والكلمات 10 كلمات، وتاريخ النسخ في القرن الثامن، وهي واضحة المعالم وسهلة القراءة، وقليلة الخلل.

فالتمهيد يشمل: الافتتاحية وأهمية الكتاب وأسباب اختياره والدراسات السابقة والخطة ومنهج التحقيق.
وقسم الدراسة: يشمل الترجمة الخاصة بالماتن (المزني) والشارح (القاضي حسين) والكلام عن المتن (مختصر المزني) وعن الشرح (التعليقة).
وقسم التحقيق: يشمل عددا من الكتب: (كتاب الوصايا، كتاب الوديعة، مختصر من كتاب قسم الفيء وقسم الغنائم، مختصر كتاب قسم الصدقات).
Abstract: Research title :Al-Ta'liqah, written by the Jurist Abu Ali Al-Hussein bin Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Marwazi (d. 462 AH) (from his words: You are among you people and others are harmed by you in the book of (al-Wasaya) until the end of the chapter on the ( difference in al-Moulafa) in the book ( division of Sadaqah) study and investigation.
Research topic: The book is an explanation of the summary by Al-Mozni on the school of Al-Shafei in the book of wills, deposits, gains and spoils or goods of war as well as sadaqat (charity).
The method of research: Descriptive and analytical.
Description of the written version: It is the only and unique copy that was found in the library of rare Arabic manuscripts at Yale American University, number: 1029, and the number of its complete palettes (221 plate), and the verified palettes (162.5 plate) and the average number of lines in each plate 20 lines and words 10 words, and the date of transcription In the eighth century, it is clearly defined, easy to read, and has few mistakes.

The research is divided into an introduction, two body parts and a conclusion.
The introduction includes the background and the importance of this book. As well as the reasons it makes a good choice as a book. In addition to previous researches and the planning and doctrine of research.
The research section is regarding the body by Al-Mozni and the explanation by The Jurist Hussien, and a discussion of both the body, which is the summary by Al Mozni and the explanation, or the (Ta'liqah).
The inquisitorial part includes a sum of books which are; (Alwasaya) or the book of wills, (Alwadi'a) or the book of deposits and a summary of the books; Division of gains, decision of spoils and division of charity (sadaqat).
