Title : "Al-kafeel bi ma'any at-tanzeel" written by Al-Qadhi Emaduddeen Al-Kindi, From the beginning of the interpretation of verse (38) of Surat (Al-Hajj) to the end of the interpretation of Surat (Al-Muminoon).

مُكَوِّناتُ الرِّسالة: تحتوي الرِّسالة على مقدِّمة، وقسميْن، وخاتمة، وفهارس.
المقدّمة وفيها: القِيمة العِلْمِيَّة للموضوع، أسباب اختياره، الدِّراسات السَّابقة، خُطَّة البحث، ومنهج التحقيق.
القسم الأوَّل: قسم الدِّراسة، وفيه أربعة فصول:
- الفصل الأوَّل: يحتوي على دراسة موجَزة لكتاب "الكشَّاف" للزَّمخْشَريّ؛ مِن حيث التَّعريف به، وبـ "تفسيرِه"، والحواشي عليه.
- الفصل الثَّاني: وفيهِ دراسة موجزة لِعصْر المـُـؤلِّف من حيث الحالة السِّياسيّة، والاجتماعيَّة، والعِلْمِيَّة.
- الفصل الثَّالث: وفيهِ التَّعريف بالمـُـؤلِّف تعريفاً موجَزاً، من حيث اسمه، ونسَبه، ومولده، ونشأته، وحياته العِلْمِيَّة، ومؤلَّفاته، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، وعقيدته، ومذهبه الفقهيّ، ومكانته العِلْمِيَّة، وثناء العُلَمَاء عليه.
- الفصل الرَّابع: وفِيه دِراسة موجَزة للكِتاب مِن حيث تحقيق عنوانه، وتوثيق نِسبتِه لمؤلِّفه، وموضوعه، وموارده، ومنهج المـُـؤلِّف فيه، وقيمته العِلْمِيَّة، ووصْف النُّسَخ الخطِّيَّة المعتمَدة ونماذج منها.
القِسْم الثَّاني: تحقيق نَصِّ الكتاب: من بداية تفسير الآية (38) من سورة (الحج) إلى نهاية تفسير سورة (المؤمنون).
وقد حققت الكتاب على ثلاث نُسخٍ خَطِّيةٍ هي:
نسخة بخط المؤلف نفسه، وهي مصورة بالجامعة الإسلامية في قسم المصورات الفلمية ومحفوظة برقم (2343).
النسخة التركية المحفوظة بمتحف طبوقبوسراي بإسطنبول برقم (1/464).
نسخة فيض الله مكتبة فيض الله أفندي 9 (المورد 7/1-2 (1978) 318).
واختُتِمَت الرِّسالة بخاتمة، ثم فهارس علْميّة متنوِّعة.
والحمْد لله ربِّ العالمين، وصلَّى اللهُ وسلَّمَ وبارَك على نبيِّنا مُحمَّد وعلى آلِه وصحْبه أجمعين.
Abstract: Thesis components: the thesis comprises of an introduction, two sections, conclusion and indices as follows: The introduction included the scientific value of the theme, reasons for its selection, literature review, research proposal and methodology. Section 1: The study and it includes four chapters as follows: Chapter 1: Brief study of the book "AL-Kas-shaf" by az-Zamakhshari in terms of the biography of the author and introduction of his book on Qur'anic exegesis. Chapter 2: Brief study of the era of the author in terms of the political, social and scientific situation Chapter 3: Biography of the author in brief in terms of his name, lineage, birth, development, academic life, books, teachers, students, theological belief, his jurisprudential school of thought, academic status and commendation of learned scholars for him. Chapter 4: study of the book in brief in terms of verification of its title, authentication of its ascription to the author, theme, sources, author's methodology, scientific value, and objections raised on the author and the book, and description of the handwritten manuscripts used in the research and samples of them. Section 2: Edition of the text from the beginning of the interpretation of verse (38) of Surat (Al-Hajj) to the end of the interpretation of Surat (Al-Muminoon).
The book has been produced in three written copies, namely:
- Copy in author's font, she is photographed at the Islamic university in the department of illustrations with number (2343).
- The Turkish version of Istanbul's tabukbousarai museum with a number (1/464).
- Copy of faidullah library in faidullah effendi 9 al mawred (7-1-2 -1978-318).
The thesis was concluded with a conclusion and various scientific indices. All praise is due to Allah, Lord and Cherisher of the worlds, may the blessings of Allah be upon our prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions in entirety.
