فصول البحث: الفصل الأول: الأحاديثُ الصريحةُ في الوجوب بلفظ الخبر. الفصل الثاني: الأحاديث الدالة على الوجوب بلفظ الخبر عن طريق الإثبات. الفصل الثالث الأحاديثُ الدالةُ على الوجوب بلفظ الخبر عن طريق النَّفي.
الفصل الرابع: الأحاديث الدالة على الوجوب بألفاظ الوعد والوعيد.
خاتمة البحث وأهم نتائجه: توصل الباحث إلى ما يلي:
1- تنوع أساليب الأوامر في الحديث النبوي حسب مقامها توكيدًا وترغيبًا.
2- ضرب المثل من الأساليب الدالة على الأوامر المؤكَّدة.
3- أسلوب الوعد في الأحاديث قد يستعمل للتنفير كما يستخدم للأوامر.
4- أسلوب الوعيد في الأحاديث قد يستعمل للترغيب على خلاف الأصل كما استُخدِم للترهيب في الغالب.
5- من دلائل الوجوب الحكم على الفعل بأنه حق للمكلف أو حق على المكلف.
6- من قرائن الوجوب إيقاع العقوبة العاجلة أو الآجلة على تارك الفعل.
7- من الدلالات الصريحة على الوجوب التعبير بلفظ البناء على الفعل.

Research objectives: To highlight the shariah methods that indicate command but are declarative statements, in its various forms.

The first chapter: The hadiths that are clear on obligations in declarative statement form.
The second chapter: The hadiths that indicate obligations in active declarative statement form.
The third chapter: The hadiths that indicate obligations in passive declarative statement form.
The fourth chapter: The hadiths that indicate obligations in promise and warning declarative statement form.
Research conclusion and its most important results: The researcher reached the following:
1. Diversity of the command methods in the prophetic hadith according to the situation in case of approval and encouragement.
2. The use of proverb is one of the ways that indicate specific orders.
3. The promise method can be used in hadiths to scare away as it is used to command.
4. The warning method can be used in hadiths to encourage as oppose to the original usage, which often is to be used to frighten.
5. One of the indications of the obligation is to judge the act as being the right of the mature person or the responsibility over the mature person.
6. One of the indicators of obligation is enactment of an immediate or future punishment on the one who abandons the act.
7. One of the clear indication of obligation is the expression of the act is a core part of the religion.
