المستخلص: يجمع هذا البحث الأحاديث الواردة في المواطن التي يستحب فيها قراءة بعض الآيات أو السور القرآنية خارج الصلاة، مع دراستها وتخريجها علميا.
وتبرز أهمية البحث في كونه متعلقا بالمصدرين الأولين في التشريع الإسلامي، كتاب الله - جل ثناؤه -، وسنة رسوله الكريم محمد ‘.
وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وتمهيد وفصلين، ثم خاتمة.
الفصل الأول: ما ورد في حث وقراءة النبي لبعض الآيات أو السور في أوقات زمانية مخصوصة.
الفصل الثاني: ما ورد في حث وقراءة النبي لبعض الآيات أو السور في مواطن مكانية مخصوصة.
ومن أهدافه جمع الأحاديث الواردة في المواطن التي يستحب فيها قراءة بعض الآيات أو السور القرآنية خارج الصلاة في كتاب واحد، ومعرفة درجتها من حيث الثبوت وعدمه، من أجل أن يكون المسلم على دراية بهذه المواطن التي ينبغي له أن يعتني بها ويتمسك بالعمل بها لينال الخير العظيم.
ومما يستفيده الباحث من دراسة أحاديث هذا الموضوع نيل شرف خدمة كتاب الله - جل وعلا -، وسنة نبيه الكريم ‘؛ فإن من أعظم ما يشرف به المسلم في الدنيا والآخرة أن يكون خادمًا لكتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى، وسنة نبيه الكريم ‘.
ومن أهم نتائج البحث أنه يقدم للقارئ أحاديث هذا الموضوع وعددها أحد عشر ومئة حديث؛ الصحيح منها أربعة وثلاثين حديثا، المتفق عليها اثنان، وتفرد البخاري بخمسة أحاديث، ومسلم بأربعة، والبقية في غيرهما، مجموعة في كتاب واحد، مصحوبة بخدمة على أسس علمية رصينة، وإلى جانب ذلك من أراد أن يلقي درسا، أو خطبة في هذا الموضوع فسيجد ما يربوا عن مئة حديث مجموع في مكان واحد بعناية متخصصة في هذا الفن.
وكانت من أهم التوصيات في هذا البحث العناية بسنة نبينا الكريم ‘؛ علما وعملا ودعوة وتأسيا واقتداء، وتوسعة البحث العلمي الحديثي المؤسسي المتعلق بالعلوم الشرعية عامة، وبعلوم القرآن على وجه الخصوص.
Abstract: This thesis compiles the hadiths that mention the times and places in which it is preferable to read some verses or surahs of the Quran, outside the prayer, as well as studying their chains of narrators and their authenticity scientifically, (according to hadith science).
The importance of the thesis is highlighted in the fact that it is related to the first two sources in Islamic legislation (shariah), which are the Book of Allah the exalted, and the Sunnah of His Noble
Messenger Muhammad.
The research was divided into an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion.
The first chapter is what was mentioned in the urging and reading of the Prophet to some verses or surahs at specific temporal times.
The second chapter is about what was mentioned in the urging and reading of the Prophet to some verses or surahs in specific spatial locations.
Among its goals is to collect hadiths in which the preferable times and places to read some verses or surahs of the Quran, outside the prayer, are mentioned, in one book. And to know their degree in terms of authenticity and lack of it, for the Muslim to be aware of these times and places of which he should take care, and adhere to act according to them, to obtain the great virtues.
Moreover, among the benefits, the writer of this thesis gains from studying the hadiths of this topic is having the honor of serving the Book of Allah the Exalted, and the Sunnah of His Noble Prophet; for being a servant of the book of Allah the Exalted and the Sunnah of hos noble prophet is the greatest honor for a Muslim. Furthermore, one of the most important results of the thesis is that it presents to the reader the hadiths of this topic compiled in one book, accompanied by a high service on solid foundations of hadith science, and besides that, whoever wants to give a lesson or a sermon (Khutbah) on this topic, will find more than one hundred and eleven hadiths in one place, collected with specialized care in this field.
One of the most important recommendations in this thesis was to take care of the Sunnah of our Noble Prophet, in knowledge, action, dawah, adherence, and emulation. In addition, expanding institutional hadith scientific research related to Sharia sciences in general and Quranic sciences in particular.
