(217لوحة). • النسخة الثــــــــانية (ب). رقمها: (818) بدار الكتب المصرية / القاهرة. (133لوحة). • النسخة الثــــــــالثة (ج). رقمها: (363) بمكتبة ولي الدين بن جار الله / إستانبول. (69لوحة). • النسخة الرابعة (د). رقمها: (4487) بمكتبة جامعة برانسطون، نيو جرسي بأمريكا. (PRINCETON UNIVERSITY LIBRARY - NEW JERSEY- U.S.A) (138لوحة). موضوع الرسالة: "ترجيح التوضيح" نقدٌ وشرحٌ وتعليقٌ على كتاب "التلويح إلى كشف حقائق التنقيح" للعلّامة سعد الدين التفتازاني، الفقيه الأصولي المتوفي سنة(791هـ). وفيه أيضا زيادات واستدراكات على ما في "التوضيح شرح التنقيح" كلاهما للإمام عبيد الله المحبوبي الحنفي، المتوفي سنة(747ه). منهج البحث: تحقيقي. مباحث الرسالة: (مباحث أصول الفقه، الركن الأول: القرآن، مباحث الألفاظ والمعاني). أبرز النتائج: • إثراء المكتبة العلمية بتحقيق هذا الكتاب. • الوقوف على مناهج العلماء في التعامل مع المسائل الخلافية. الكلمات المفتاحية: أصول، فقه، ألفاظ، معاني.

The subject of the letter: "the weight of the clarification " Evaluating and explaining and commenting on the book " the observation to discover the facts of the revision" of the scholar Saad Eddin Al - Taftazani (791AH) and it also has expansions and retraction’s on what is in " the clarification of explaining the observation" both of them are for the imam Obaidullah Al-Mahboubi Al–Hanafi (747AH).
