موضوع البحث : دراسة المسائل المتعلقة بفقه الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر من خلال تفسير العلَّامة القرطبي :.
منهج البحث : اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على تحليل المعطيات بطريقة موضوعيَّة للحصول على نتائج علميَّة دقيقة.
محتويات البحث : اشتملت الدراسة على أربعة فصول؛ وهي كالآتي :
الفصل الأوَّل : عن فقه الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر المتعلق بأهميته، وفضله، وحكمه، ومقاصده، ومراتبه، عند الإمام القرطبي : مِن خلال تفسيره «الجامع لأحكام القرآن».
الفصل الثاني : في بيان فقه الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر المتعلق بالقائم بالأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر عند الإمام القرطبِي : مِن خلال تفسيره «الجامع لأحكام القرآن».
الفصل الثالث : اشتمل على فقه الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر المتعلق بأساليبه عند الإمام القرطبِي : مِن خلال تفسيره «الجامع لأحكام القرآن».
الفصل الرَّابع : في استخراج فقه الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر المتعلق بمجالاته عند الإمام القرطبي : مِن خلال تفسيره «الجامع لأحكام القرآن».
نتائج البحث :
1- تميز تفسير القرطبي : بشموله لموضوعات الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر بالدقة والإيجاز والتأصيل والمعاصرة للواقع.
2- اهتمام القرطبي : في تفسيره بذكره لأهم شروط الآمر بالمعروف والناهي عن المنكر وصفاته وآدابه، وركز على أهمية تأهيله قبل خوضه في هذا المجال.
3- احتوى تفسير القرطبي : على أساليب الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، والاستدلال عليها بنصوص الكتاب والسُّنَّة وبأقوال سلف الأمَّة.
4- اشتمل تفسيره على أهم المجالات للأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر المتعلقة بالموضوع والأشخاص.
Abstract: Title of the research: The jurisprudence of enjoining good and forbidding evil according to Imam Al-Qurtubi: Through his interpretation of “The Collective of the Rulings of the Qur’an” - a descriptive and analytical study.
Research topic: Studying issues related to the jurisprudence of enjoining good and forbidding evil through the interpretation of the scholar Al-Qurtubi:.
Research Methodology: The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method based on analyzing the data in an objective way to obtain accurate scientific results.
Contents of the research: The study included four chapters; It is as follows :
The first chapter: On the jurisprudence of enjoining good and forbidding evil related to its importance، virtue، judgment، purposes، and ranks، according to Imam al-Qurtubi: through his interpretation of “The Whole of Laws of the Qur’an.”
Chapter Two: Explanation of the jurisprudence of enjoining good and forbidding evil related to the one who enjoins good and forbids evil according to Imam al-Qurtubi: through his interpretation of “The Whole of Laws of the Qur’an.”
The third chapter: It included the jurisprudence of enjoining good and forbidding evil related to its methods according to Imam al-Qurtubi: through his interpretation of the “comprehensive provisions of the Qur’an”.
Chapter Four: On extracting the jurisprudence of enjoining good and forbidding evil related to its domains according to the Imam: through his interpretation of “The Whole of Laws of the Qur’an”.
Research results :
1 -The distinction of Al-Qurtubi’s interpretation: it includes the topics of enjoining good and forbidding evil with accuracy، brevity، rooting and contemporary reality.
2- Al-Qurtubi’s interest: in his interpretation of the most important conditions for enjoining good and forbidding evil، his qualities and etiquette، and focused on the importance of qualifying him before engaging in this field.
3- Al-Qurtubi’s Tafsir included the methods of enjoining good and forbidding evil، and inferred them from the texts of the Book and the Sunnah and the sayings of the ancestors of the nation.
4- Its interpretation included the most important areas of enjoining good and forbidding evil related to the subject and persons.
