Among the most prominent results: The viewpoint of what Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned and his definition regarding the Kharijites from his general statements. It appears that he defines them as those who regard sins as kufr (disbelieve)، and those who disregard and rebel against the Muslim imams (rulers) and his group just like how Ibn Hajr (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned in his other definitions. The Hadeeths (prophetic sayings) mention fourteen characteristics and signs of the Kharijites. Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) divided those who rebel against the Muslim rulers into three sections. The start of Kharijites began during the time of the Prophet peace be upon him، when Dhu Khuwaysirah al-Tamimi objected to the division of the wealth set by the prophet. The Kharijites emerged as a band following the arbitration case between Ali and Muawiya (May Allah be pleased with them both). The various positions of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) from the Kharijites differed according to the course of events؛ they responded to them first by debating their allegations، and did not fight them until the Kharijites infringed and killed Muslims. Ibn Hajar also mentioned the Kharijites' articles in matters of creed and practical rulings. He also discussed the disagreement in the expiation of Kharijites. Several hadiths، and the statements of the Salaf (the righteous predecessors) regarding fighting the Kharijites were mentioned by Ibn Hajar as well as the importance and advantages of fighting the Kharijites. and its conditions.
