Title "Al-Kafeel Bi Ma'any At-Tanzeel" written by Al-Qadhi Emaduddeen Alkindi, from the commentary of verse (90) in Surah "Annahl" to verse (57) in Surah "Al-Israa".

محتويات الرِّسالة:
تتكون الرسالة من مقدِّمة، وتمهيد، وقسميْن، وخاتمة، وفهارس.
المقدّمة وفيها: القِيمة العِلْمِيَّة للموضوع، أسباب اختياره، الدِّراسات السَّابقة، ومنهج التحقيق.
التمهيد ويشتمل على: التعريف بالزمخشري بالإيجاز، والتعريف الموجز بتفسيره الكشاف، والحواشي على الكشاف.
القسم الأوَّل: قسم الدِّراسة، وفيه فصلان:
- الفصل الأوَّل: وفيهِ دراسة موجزة لِعصْر المـُـؤلِّف من حيث الحالة السِّياسيّة، والعِلْمِيَّة، والاجتماعية، والتَّعريف بالمـُـؤلِّف تعريفاً موجَزاً، من حيث اسمه، ونسَبه، ومولده، ونشأته، وحياته العِلْمِيَّة، ومؤلَّفاته، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، وعقيدته، ومذهبه الفقهيّ، ومكانته العِلْمِيَّة، وثناء العُلَمَاء عليه.
- الفصل الثَّاني: وفِيه دِراسة موجَزة للكِتاب مِن حيث تحقيق عنوانه، وتوثيق نِسبتِه لمؤلِّفه، وموضوعه، وموارده ومصادره، ومنهج المـُـؤلِّف فيه، وقيمته العِلْمِيَّة، ووصْف النُّسَخ الخطِّيَّة المعتمَدة ونماذج منها.
القِسْم الثَّاني: تحقيق نَصِّ الكتاب: مِن بداية تفسير الآية: (90)، من سورة النحل إلى نهاية تفسير الآية (57) مِن سُّورة الإسراء، وهو مُحقَّقٌ على ثلاث نُسَخ خطيَّة: النسخة المصوّرة بالجامعة الإسلامية، المحفوظة برقم (2343)، ونسخة فيض الله، وهي ثلاث مجلدات برقم: (184،185،186)، والنسخة المحفوظة بمتحف (طبوقبوسراي) بإسطنبول برقم: (1/464). واختُتِمَت الرِّسالة بخاتمة، ثم فهارس علْميّة متنوِّعة.
Abstract: Thesis Title: "Al-Kafeel Bi Ma'any At-Tanzeel" written by Al-Qadhi Emaduddeen Alkindi, from the exegesis of verse (90) in Surah "Annahl" to verse (57) in Surah "Al-Israa".
Thesis Components: The thesis comprises of an introduction, preface, two sections, conclusion and indices as follows:
-Introduction: It included the scientific value of the theme, reasons for its selection, literature review and methodology.
-Preface: It contained short note on Imam Al-Zamakshary and his book on Qur'anic exegesis "Al-Kasshaaf" and its annotations.
-Section 1: The study part, it included two chapters as follows:
Chapter 1: Brief study of era of the author in terms of political, scientific and social situation, and his brief biography in terms of his name, lineage, birth, upbringing, academic life, books, teachers, students, theological belief, jurisprudential school of thought, academic status and commendation of learned scholars upon him.
Chapter 2: Brief study of the book in terms of verification of its title, authentication of its ascription to the author, theme, sources, author's methodology, scientific value, and description of the handwritten manuscripts used in the research and samples of them.
-Section Two: Investigation of the text from exegesis of verse (90) in Surah "Annahl" to the exegesis of verse (57) in Surah Al-Israa. It is verified on three manuscripts: the copied replica in the Islamic University Medina, with reference number ( 2343), and Faidhullah replica in three volumes, numbered (184, 185 and 186), and lastly, replica of Tabuk Bosrai Museum in Istanbul, with reference number (1/364).
The thesis was concluded with a conclusion and various scientific indices.
