فهذه رسالة علمية مقدمة إلى قسم العقيدة في كلية الدعوة وأصول الدين بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة النبوية، لنيل درجة العالمية العالية (الدكتوراه)، بعنوان: "جهود العلامة العثيمين (ت1421هـ) في التوفيق بين الأحاديث المتوهم من ظاهرها التعارض مع النصوص في أبواب العقيدة".
وأما الهدف منه فيتجلى فيما يلي:
1- درأ ودفع التعارض الموهوم بين الأدلة الشرعية الثابتة.
2- إبراز جهود الشيخ العثيمين في الجمع بين الأحاديث المتوهم من ظاهرها التعارض مع النصوص في أبواب الاعتقاد.
وقد قام هذا البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي التحليلي، واحتوت الرسالة على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة أبواب، اشتمل كل باب على فصول مقسمة إلى مباحث، وختمت البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أبرز نتائج البحث، وأعقبت ذلك بثبت المصادر والمراجع، فالفهارس العلمية.

ومن أهم نتائج البحث ما يلي:
1/ عدم وجود التعارض بين شيء من نصوص الكتاب والسنة، والتطبيقات العلمية أثبتت ذلك.
2/ أن ما يُتوهم من التعارض بين شيء من ذلك فإنما هو تعارض صُوري لا حقيقة له.
Abstract: This is a scholarly thesis submitted to the Department of Aqeedah at the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion at the Islamic University of the Prophet’s city in order to obtain a postgraduate degree (PhD), entitled: “The Efforts of Allamah Al-Uthaymeen (d. 1421 AH) ﷺ in reconciling the hadiths that are erroneously regarded as contradiction from their apparent with the texts in the chapters of faith.”
As for its objective, it is as follows:
1- Averting and repelling the erroneous contradiction between the established Shariah evidence.
2- To highlight the efforts of Sheikh Al-Uthaymeen, peace be upon him, to combine hadiths that seem to contradict the texts of scriptures in the chapters of belief.
This research was based on the descriptive and inductive analytical method, and the thesis contained an introduction, a preface, and three chapters, each chapter included sub-chapters divided into topics. The research ended with a conclusion that included the most prominent results of the research, and this was followed by confirming the sources and references, and the scientific indexes.
Chapter One: On Sheikh Al-Uthaymeen’s efforts to reconcile hadiths that seem to contradict the texts in the chapters on monotheism. It has two sub-chapters:

Chapter Three: On the efforts of Allamah Al-Uthaymeen to reconcile the hadiths that seem to contradict in their apparent with the texts in matters of faith, rulings, and various creedal issues. It has two sub-chapters:
Among the most important search results are the following:
1/ There is no contradiction between some of the texts of the Book and the Sunnah, and scientific applications have proven this.
2/ What is imagined as a contradiction between something of that is a fictitious contradiction that has no reality.
