المستخلص: محتوى الرسالة: اشتملت على مقدمة، وقسمين، وخاتمة، وفهارس، على النحو التالي: المقدمة: فيها بينت الأهمية العلمية للكتاب، وأسباب اختياره، وتقسيم العمل، ومنهج التحقيق. القسم الأول: الدراسة، وقد اشتمل على فصلين: الفصل الأول: ترجمة المصنف محب الدين الطبري، وفيه تسعة مباحث، كما بينته في الخطة. الفصل الثاني: دراسة كتاب "غاية الإحكام"، وفيه سبعة مباحث، كما هو مبين في الخطة. القسم الثاني: النص المحقق، وهو المبين آنفا، وقد راعيت في تحقيقه المنهج العلمي، والتزمت بخدمة النص، وذلك بإثبات فروق النسخ، وعزو الآيات، وتخريج الأحاديث، وترجمة الأعلام غير المشهورين، وتوثيق النصوص من مصادرها، والتعريف بالأماكن، والبلدان، والقبائل، والوقائع. الخاتمة: واشتملت على النتائج، والتوصيات، ومنها: أن المحب الطبري متبحر في علوم شتى، وقد مشى على عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة في باب الصفات، وله مؤلفات كثيرة ما بين مخطوط، ومطبوع، ومفقود، وأن هذا الكتاب يعد موسوعة في بابه، حيث جمع فيه أكثر من خمسة عشر ألف حديث، واعتنى فيه بمختلف الحديث. الفهارس: وقد اشتملت على ستة عشر فهرسا، كما بينته في الخطة. النسخ المعتمدة: اعتمدت على نسختين: الأولى: نسخة الخزانة العامة بالرباط –المغرب، ورمزت لها ب: (خ)، واتخذتها أصلا. الثانية: نسخة الظاهرية –سوريا، ورمزت لها ب: (ظ).

Abstract: Title of the thesis: "Gayatul-ahkam fi ahadeeth al-ahkam" Authur: Muhibudeen, Abil Abbas: Ahmad bn Abdullahi Adhabari (615 -694 AH) from where he said: (Fasting of three days monthly: Non-obligatory fasting to the end of conpensation of Hunting in what is forbidden on pilgrims) which comprises sixty (60) pages of the manuscript: Studying, transcription and Attributions. Reseacher: Abdullah yaqub zakariyya Supervisor: proffessor: khalid bn Margub Muhammad Amin. Academic Year: (1438-1439). Thesis Content: the thesis comprises of introduction, two sections, conclusion and index. It's as follows: Introduction: comprises the worth value of the book, reasons why the book was chosen, and studying methodology. Section one: studying: comprises of two chapters: Chapter one: life history of the Authur: contains Nine sub-tittles as was elaborated in the methodology. chapter two: book studying "Gayatul ahkam" which contains seven sub-tittles as was elaborated in the methodology. Section two: the Attribution as explain earlier, I follows academic guidelines in its execution establishing differences between the manuscript and tracing verses, traditions to their respective origins as well as explain more about some un-populous scholars and explain geographical places and tribes all together. Conclusion: comprises of the important conclusions an further advises which contain that: The author is widely enrich in knowledge and was on pure creed of Ahlussunah and had written many books some are still manuscript, some are printed while some were lost along the period of time. And that, this book is considered to be one of the encyclopedia in it field, because it contain more than fifteen thousand ahadeeth. Index: contain sixteen different type of index as explained. Manusecript: thw work was based on two manuscript: First one: a copy from public library in rabad- moroco, and it titled as (kh). Second one: a copy from Al-azhar library and titled as (zh).
