هذه رسالة علمية مقدَّمة لنيل درجة العالمية (الماجستير)، في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة النبوية، في كلية الشريعة (قسم الفقه).
وهي عبارة عن تحقيق جزء من كتاب في الفقه الحنفي بعنوان: "المفيد والمزيد في شرح التجريد"، تأليف: عبد الغفور بن لقمان بن محمد أبو المفاخر الكردري (ت 562ه)، من أول كتاب الصرف إلى نهاية باب القسامة، دراسة وتحقيقاً.
وتم التحقيق على نسخة فريدة مكتوبة بخط واضح ومقروء، موجودة في المركز الحكومي بتركيا.
وقد اشتملت الرسالة على: مقدمة وقسمين وفهارس.
أما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على: الافتتاحية، وأهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وتوثيق نسبة المخطوط إلى المؤلف، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهجي فيه.
أما القسم الأول فقد اشتمل على ثلاثة فصول:
الفصل الأول: ترجمة موجزة عن الإمام الكرماني) صاحب التجريد).
الفصل الثاني: ترجمة موجزة عن الإمام عبد الغفور الكردري.
الفصل الثالث: دراسة عن كتاب "المفيد والمزيد في شرح التجريد".
أما القسم الثاني فقد اشتمل على النص المحقق، وفيه ثمانية كتب: كتاب الصرف، والرهن، والشفعة، والذبائح، والصيد والأضحية، والغصب، والديات.
ثم ختمت البحث بثبت المصادر والمراجع، وعمل الفهارس الفنية اللازمة.
واعتمدت في كل ذلك على الرسائل العلمية المعتمدة من قِبل عمادة الدراسات العليا.
Abstract: Thesis Summary
This is an Academic Thesis submitted to obtain a master's degree in the Islamic University of Medina, Faculty of Shariah, and Jurisprudence Department.
It is an investigation of a part of Hanafi Jurisprudence Book entitled (Almufid Walmazeed Fi Sharhit-Tajreed), written by Abdul Ghafour Bin Luqman Bin Mohammed Abu al mafakher al kurdri (who died on 562H), (from the beginning of Transaction Book to the end of Compurgation Section), study and an investigation.
This Investigation was made on a copy written with a clear and readable handwriting, and the copy is available in government centre in Turkey.
The Thesis consists of an introduction, two sections and indexes.
The introduction contains of: The Preface, Importance of the Topic and Reasons for choosing it, Referral of the manuscript to the Author, Literature Review, Research Plan and Methodology.
The First Section consists of Three Chapters:-
The first chapter is a brief translation of Imam al karmaani (the Author of Tajreed).
The second chapter is a brief translation of Imam Abdul Ghafour alkardari.
The third chapter is a study on the book (Almufid Walmazeed Fi Sharhit-Tajreed).
The Second Section: consists of verified text which comprises of eight books: transaction, lien, preemption, slaughtering, hunting, sacrifice, coercing and Blood Money (Diya).
Then, the research was concluded by confirming the references and the necessary indexes.
I relied on the Approved Academic Guidebook by the Deanship of Graduate studies in the whole research.
