وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية السمع والطاعة لولي الأمر. وأثره على أمن الوطن، وكذلك التعرف على أهمية وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وآثارها وأخطارها وأوجه الاستفادة منها في تعزيز السمع والطاعة لولي الأمر.
وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الميداني، مبيناً مجتمع الدراسة المستهدف، والمكون من خطباء المساجد والدعاة التابعون لوزارة الشؤون الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، وكان عدد المستجيبين للدراسة (205) داعية وخطيباً.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج ومن أهمها: أولاً: التأيرات الإيجابية: توظيف وسائل التواصل في إبراز قدرة المملكة وحنكتها في إدارة الأزمات والكوارث الطبيعية – مثل أزمة كرونا، وكذلك نشر المنجزات والتطورات التنموية التي يقوم بها ولاة الأمر لخدمة المجتمع بصورة مستمرة. ثانياً: التأثيرات السلبية: استغلال أعداء الوطن لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للتشيك في جهود ولاة الأمر وخدمتهم للإسلام والمسلمين. وكذلك توظيف الجماعات الإرهابية لمواقع التواصل للتأثير على الشباب وتأليبهم على ولاة الأمر.
وقدم الباحث تصوراً مقترحاً وذلك بتقديم آليات ووسائل وأساليب مقترحة، يمكن من خلالها للقائمين على شؤون الدعوة الإسلامية بالمملكة العربية السعودية من توظيف وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز السمع والطاعة لولي الأمر وحماية الوطن بشكل أكثر فاعلية، والحد من المخاطر والأثار السلبية المحتملة لسوء استخدامها.
وخرج الباحث بجملة من التوصيات ومن أهمها: ضرورة إعداد الدعاة لمواكبة المتغيرات المعاصرة التي فرضتها ثورة المعلومات والاتصالات، وانتشار الانترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. وكذلك ضرورة وضع الأقسام الشرعية والدعوية في الكليات والجامعات السعودية لمقرر خاص باستخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الدعوة إلى الله، وتزويدهم بالمعرفة اللازمة المتعلقة بها
Abstract: The title of the study: The extent of the impact of social media in enhancing the hearing and obedience of the guardian and protecting the homeland from the preachers' point of view (with a proposed view).
The study aimed to identify the importance of hearing and obeying a guardian. And its impact on homeland security, as well as learning about the importance of social media, their effects, dangers, and ways to benefit from them in enhancing hearing and obedience to the guardian.
The researcher used the field descriptive approach, indicating the target population of the study, which is composed of mosque preachers and preachers of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in Medina, and the number of respondents to the study was (205) agitator and preachers.
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: First: Positive influences: employing means of communication to highlight the Kingdom's ability and skill in managing crises and natural disasters - such as the Corona crisis, as well as publishing the achievements and developmental developments that the rulers undertake to serve the community continuously.
Second: the negative effects: the nation’s enemies exploiting social media to question the efforts of the rulers and their service to Islam and Muslims. As well as the terrorist groups' use of communication sites to influence youth and incite them to govern rulers.
The researcher presented a proposed scenario by providing proposed mechanisms, means and methods through which those in charge of Islamic advocacy affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia could employ social media to enhance hearing and obedience to guardians, protect the homeland more effectively, and reduce the risks and negative effects of their misuse.
The researcher came up with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to prepare preachers to keep pace with the contemporary changes imposed by information and communication, and the spread of the Internet and social media. As well as the necessity to set the legal and advocacy departments in Saudi colleges and universities for a special decision to use social media sites in calling to God, and to provide them with the necessary knowledge related to it.
