السياسية عند الإمام ابن تيمية، ومقارنتها بأقوال الفقهاء في المذاهب الأربعة، وربطها بعلم السياسة الشرعية.
منهج البحث: اعتمد الباحث على منهج الجمع والدراسة التأصيلية.
فصول البحث: يتكون البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة، وفهارس علمية
اشتملت المقدمة على الافتتاحية، والأهمية العلمية للموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة.
وأما التمهيد فاشتمل على بيان المصطلحات العلمية الواردة في البحث، والتعريف بكتاب
السياسة الشرعية، والتعريف بالإمام ابن تيمية.
الفصل الأول: اشتمل على المسائل المتعلقة بتصرفات الإمام السياسية المتعلقة بالولاية
والتولية.
الفصل الثاني: اشتمل على المسائل المتعلقة بتصرفات الإمام السياسية المتعلقة بالأموال.
الفصل الثالث: اشتمل على المسائل المتعلقة بتصرفات الإمام السياسية المتعلقة بالعقوبات.
الخاتمة: ختم البحث بذكر أهم نتائجه وهي:
يجب على الإمام اختيار الاصلح لكل ولاية بحسبها، ووجوب الولاية العظمى لحاجة
الناس إليها، وأن أموال الدولة الإسلامية منها ما هو راجع إلى اجتهاد الإمام يتصرف فيه
حسب المصلحة، وأن الأمام يجب عليه إيقاع العقوبات المناسبة على المخالفين للمنهج
الصحيح كالمحاربين والسحرة والمبتدعة والمفسدين.

Research Objectives: The research aims to collect and study issues related to the Imam's political actions according to Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, and compared with the sayings of scholars in the four schools of thought, and link them to the science of legitimate politics.
Research Methodology: The researcher relied on the method of collecting and studying the origin.
Research chapters: The research consists of an introduction, a preamble, three chapters, a conclusion, and scientific indexes.
The introduction included the editorial, the scientific importance of the subject, the reasons for its selection, and previous studies.
The preamble included an explanation of scientific terms contained in the research, and the definition of the book of (alsiyasatu alshar'iyyah) legitimate politicy, and the biography of Imam Ibn Taymiyah.
Chapter I: Includes issues related to the Imam's political actions concerning his mandate and jurisdiction.
Chapter II: Includes matters relating to the Imam's political actions on money.
Chapter III: Includes issues related to the Imam's political actions on penal code.
Conclusion: the research seal by mentioning the most important results, namely:
The imam must choose the right one for each jurisdiction in accordance, and the great prefecture must be for the need of the people, and that the funds of the Islamic State, which is due to the jurisprudence of the imam acting according to benefit, and that the Imam must impose appropriate penalties on those who violate the correct approach, such as partisans, magicians, innovators and corrupters.
