الحمد لله وحده، والصّلاة والسّلام على من لا نبيّ بعده، وعلى آله وصحبه والتّابعين لهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.
أما بعد:
فهذا ملَخَّص رسالة مقدّمة لنيل درجة العالمية (الماجستير) في الفقه، والتي عنوانها: "المفيد والمزيد في شرح التجريد، للقاضي عبد الغفور الكَرْدَري (ت562هـ)، من بداية كتاب الوصاية إلى نهاية الكتاب، دراسةً وتحقيقاً"
وهو كتاب في فروع المذهب الحنفي.
وقد انقسمت الرسالة إلى مقدّمة وقسمين وخاتمة.
أما المقدّمة: فقد احتوت على الافتتاحيّة، وأهميّة الموضوع، وأسباب اختيار الكتاب، وتوثيق نسبة المخطوط إلى المؤلف، والدراسات السابقة، وخطّة البحث، ومنهجي فيه، ووصف النسخة الخطية، والشكر والتقدير.
القسم الأول: وهو قسم الدراسة، ويشتمل على ثلاثة فصول:
الفصل الأول: ترجمة موجزَة عن الإمام الكرماني صاحب "التجريد"، وكتابه "التجريد".
الفصل الثاني: ترجمة موجزَة عن الإمام عبد الغفور الكَرْدَري.
الفصل الثالث: دراسة عن كتاب "المفيد والمزيد في شرح التجريد".
القسم الثاني: النصّ المحقق.
ويبدأ من بداية كتاب الوصاية إلى نهاية كتاب الكفارات، وهو نهاية الكتاب المخطوط.
ثم الفهارس العامّة.
Abstract: This is an abstract of a thesis submitted for obtaining (MA) degree in Islamic Jurisprudence, titled: a study and investigation of the book: Al-Mufeed wa Al-Mazeed fee Sharh Al-Tajreed, by: Qādi Abd Al-Ghafur Al-Kurdi (Died 562) from the beginning of the chapter Al-Waṣāyah (Bequests) to the end of the book, it is a book in the Hanafi school of thought.
The research is divided into an introduction, two sections and a conclusion.
As for the introduction: it included a preface, the importance of the topic, the reason for choosing the topic, authenticating the attribution of the manuscript to its author, the previous studies, the research plan, its methodology, the description of the written transcript, thanks and appreciation.
The first section: which is the study section, it included theree chapters:
The first chapter: a brief introduction of Imam Al-Karmāni and his book (Al-Tajrid).
The second chapter: a brief introduction of Imam Abd Al-Ghafur Al-Kurdi.
The third chapter: a study on the book (Al-Mufeed wa Al-Mazeed fee Sharh Al-Tajreed).
The second section: the investigated text.
It starts from the beginning of the chapter: Al-Waṣāyah (Bequests) to the end of the book, and then concluded with the general indexes.
