منهج البحث: استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه الأقرب لطبيعة البحث.
عينة البحث: تتمثل عينة البحث في الكلمات المكتوبة بالرسم العثماني في مصحف المدينة المنورة وخالفت في رسمها قواعد الرسم المعياري.
نتائج البحث: توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها:
-بلغ عدد الكلمات المكتوبة عثمانيا وخالفت الرسم المعياري (1950) كلمة، منها (1184) اسمًا، ومنها (698) فعلًا، ومنها (54) حرفًا، ومنها (14) موضعًا اشتركت فيه الأسماء والحروف.
-أن كل اسم مجموع جمع سالم لمذكر كان أو لمؤنث ورد بحذف الألف والألفين؛ للاختصار.
-أن كل كلمة ورد فيها حرفان متماثلان وردت بحذف أحدهما؛ لكثرة الاستعمال ولكراهة اجتماع صورتين متفقتين.
-أن التاء المربوطة كتبت مفتوحة في مواطن على مراد الوصل.
-أن الألف ترسم واوًا في الكلمة على لفظ التفخيم ومراد الأصل.
توصيات البحث: من أهمها:
-التوصية بالاهتمام بمواطن الاختلاف بين الرسمين العثماني والمعياري.
-الإبقاء على ما ورد من اختلاف بين الرسمين العثماني والمعياري كما ورد في المصحف الشريف.
-التوصية باستخدام المعجم الإلكتروني في مقررات ومواد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين والناطقين بها.
Abstract: Research Title: An Electronic Dictionary for Writing Arabic in Uthmanic and Standard Orthographies..
Research Objective: To build an electronic dictionary for writing Arabic in Uthmanic and standard orthographies.
Research Methodology: A descriptive-analytical approach was used in the research due to its nature.
Research Sample: The research included the words written in Uthmanic orthography in al-Madinah Glorious Quran edition, which are different from the rules of standard orthography.
Research Results: The researcher arrived at several results; the most important ones are:
a)The number of words written in Uthmanic orthography which are different from the standard orthography is 1950, of which 1184 are nouns, 698 are verbs, and 54 are particles, plus 14 places where nouns and particles meet.
b) All masculine or feminine nouns in sound plural forms (jamʽ al-mudhakkar aw al-mu’annath as-sālim) are written by omitting the alif, and this is done for brevity
c) Words containing two identical letters are written by deleting one of them because of their frequent use, and the dislike of repeating a letter twice.
Research recommendations: The most important recommendations are:
a) To carry out more studies in the field of differences between the Uthmanic and the Standard orthographies.
b) To maintain the difference between the Uthmanic and the Standard spelling systems as in the Glorious Qur'an.
c) It is recommended to use electronic dictionaries in courses and contents for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.:
