المستخلص: قام الباحث في هذه الدراسة بجمع ألفاظ الصناعات والأدوات والآنية والأوعية من كتاب المنتخب من غريب كلام العرب لكراع النمل (310ه)، ودرسها في المعاجم القديمة، ووقف على دلالاتها وتتبع هذه الدلالات في المعاجم المتأخرة والحديثة، وفي أثناء ذلك كشف عن التغيرات الدلالية التي طرأت على هذه الألفاظ سواء من تعميم الدلالة أم تخصيصها أم انتقالها، كما بحث عن العلاقات الدلالية التي تربط كل لفظ من هذه الألفاظ بغيره داخل الحقل المنتمي له. وقد قسم البحث إلى أربعة فصول الفصل الأول: أسماء الصناعات الفصل الثاني: أسماء الأدوات الفصل الثالث: أسماء الآنية الفصل الرابع: أسماء الأوعية وقد كانت نتيجة البحث على النحو التالي: للكثير من النظريات الحديثة جذور قديمة عند العرب القدماء ومن ذلك نظرية الحقول الدلالية ونظرية التطور الدلالي. للعلاقات الدلالية دور كبير في تحديد دلالة الألفاظ من خلال ربط الألفاظ. الحدود بين الحقول الدلالية غير واضحة وهذا قد يؤدي إلى تداخل بين هذه الحقول. الألفاظ الغريبة في اللغة العربية هي الأكثر تعرضاً للاندثار أو التطور الدلالي. ومن خلال البحث السابق يتضح أن المصنفات القديمة لها الدور الأكبر في نشأة النظريات الحديثة وهذه دعوة للأخوة الباحثين بمحاولة الربط بين هذه المصنفات والنظريات الحديثة.

Abstract: The researcher in this study collected the lexical items of industries, tools, vessels and containers from the book “Al-Muntakhab min Gharib Kalam Al-Arab” by Kara’h Al-Naml (310 AH), and studied them in the ancient dictionaries. He found their meanings and traced these meanings in the earlier and modern dictionaries, and through that revealed the semantic changes that occurred on these words, whether generalization of meaning or specification or transfer of meaning, as well he searched for the semantic relations that link each one of these words to others within the field it belongs to..The research was divided into four chapters.Chapter One: Proper nouns of Industries.Chapter Two: Proper nouns of Tool.Chapter Three: Proper nouns of the vessels.Chapter Four: Proper nouns of bowls.The results of the study were as follows: Many modern theories have old roots in ancient Arabic, including semantic field theory and the theory of semantic evolution. Semantic relationships have a significant role in determining the meaning of words by linking words. The boundaries between the semantic fields are unclear and this may lead to overlapping of these fields. Strange Arabic vocabularies are the most vulnerable to extinction or semantic evolution. In literature review, ancient works have the greatest role in the emergence of modern theories and this is an invitation to researchers to try to link these works with modern theories.
