المستخلص: قام الباحث من خلال دراسته بإبراز آداب المعلم نحو تلاميذه وأقرانه ومجتمعه من خلال سيرة الشيخ القرعاوي، وقد تطرق الباحث إلى حياة الشيخ الشخصية وسيرته الذاتية، والتطبيقات التربوية لآداب المعلم من خلال سيرة القرعاوي -رحمه الله- كما تناول الباحث منطقة جازان بالتعريف العام حيث كانت ميدان دعوة الشيخ –رحمه الله-، وقد اعتمد الباحث في دراسته على المنهج الاستنباطي والمنهج التحليلي. وقد قسم البحث إلى أربعة فصول، جاءت على النحو التالي: الفصل الأول: السيرة الذاتية، والحياة الشخصية للشيخ عبد الله بن محمد القرعاوي –رحمه الله-. الفصل الثاني: منطقة جازان حيث دعوة الشيخ ومدارسه. الفصل الثالث: آداب المعلم من خلال سيرة الشيخ القرعاوي. الفصل الرابع: التطبيقات التربوية لآداب المعلم من خلال سيرة الشيخ القرعاوي –رحمه الله- . وكانت أهم نتائج البحث على النحو التالي: أن القرعاوي قد أسس للبنية التعليمية الحديثة قبل التعليم النظامي في جنوب المملكة، كما توصل الباحث إلى أن سيرة الشيخ القرعاوي مثالا للعاملين المخلصين، ونموذجا للأجيال القادمة، كما استنتج الباحث أن المعلم المتمثل بالآداب الإسلامية في تواضعه، وصبره، وزهده، وفي أداء الواجبات الشرعية يسهم بدوره في تشكيل شخصية الناشئ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن آداب المعلم من خلال سيرة القرعاوي معيارا لجودة مخرجات العملية التعليمية، وأن التزام المعلم بالواجبات الشرعية، وتمثله بالآداب الإيمانية، يعيد له مكانته في المجتمع.

Abstract: The study sought to investigate the teacher’s duties towards his students, colleagues, and community through the exploration of Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al-Qar’awi’s autobiography. The study explored the Sheikh’s personal life and autobiography as well as the educational applications of teacher’s duties as cited in his autobiography. The study also gave an overview of Jazan region as the place he practiced most of his preaching activities. The study used the deductive analytical approach was divided into four chapters. Chapter (1) Autobiography: and persona life of Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al-Qar’awi. Chapter (2) Jazan region: The Sheikh’s ideological preaching school. Chapter (3) Teacher’s duties as cited in Sheikh Qar’awi autobiography. Chapter (4) Educational applications for teacher’s duties as shown in Sheikh Al-Qar’awi’s autobiography. Results of the study showed that Sheikh Al-Qar’awi founded a basis for the modern educational structure before the existence of the formal education in the south of Saudi Arabia. Results also showed that Sheikh Al-Qar’awi’s autobiography represents an example of a sincere worker whose footsteps can be followed by generations to come. Moreover, results showed that a teacher who adheres to the Islamic teachings -- via his humility, patience, asceticism, and doing his duties -- contributes to forming the personality of the young generation. Finally, the study showed that his autobiography represents an example of high quality educational outcomes. .
