اسم الرسالة: فتح الباري لشرح صحيح البخاري للحافظ أحمد بن علي بن حجر العسقلاني(ت852ه) من باب: موعظة الرجل ابنته لحال زوجها من (كتاب النكاح) إلى نهاية (كتاب الطلاق) دراسة وتحقيقا.
موضوع الرسالة: هو تحقيق وخدمة الجزء المشار إليه مع ترجمة موجزة للحافظ ابن حجر¬ وبيان منهجه في كتابه فتح الباري.
أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره:
مكانة الحافظ ابن حجر¬ العلمية.
أهمية فتح الباري؛ إذ هو أفضل شرح لأصح كتاب بعد كتاب الله تعالى.
أن الفتح لم يلق العناية الكافية والخدمة المناسبة من جهة تحقيق النص.
أقسام الرسالة:
القسم الدراسي، وفيه فصلان: الفصل الأول: في ترجمة مختصرة للحافظ ابن حجر¬، والفصل الثاني: دراسة الكتاب ومنهج مؤلفه.
والقسم الثاني: النص المحقق مذيلا بخاتمة وفهارس: وقد تم تحقيق الكتاب على(5) نسخ خطية عتيقة، كتبت في حياة الحافظ بخط تلامذته، وهي: نسخة دار الكتب المصرية، ونسخة الجيزي، ونسخة كوبريلي، ونسخة شهيد علي، ونسخة الأخصاصي،
نتائج البحث:
1. اعتمد الحافظ في إثبات نص الصحيح عدة طرق لرواية أبي ذر الهروي، ولم يكتف بما ساق إسناده في المقدمة مِن طريق أبي مكتوم.
2. فتح الباري هو ملخَّص شروح الجامع الصحيح ومجتمع فوائدها، وكلُّ من ألف في شرح الجامع الصحيح بعده فهو عِيالٌ عليه، فلا هجرة بعد الفتح.

The subject of the thesis: It is the investigation and care of the aforementioned part with a brief biography of Al-Ḥāfiẓ Ibn Hajar, and an explanation of his method in his book Fatḥ al-Bārī.
Importance of the topic and reasons for choosing it:
Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar's scholarship status.
The importance of Fatḥ al-Bārī; It is the best explanation of the most correct book after the Book of God Almighty.
That the book Fatḥ al-Bārī did not receive sufficient attention and appropriate care in terms of verifying the text.
Thesis sections:
The study section, it includes two chapters, the first chapter: on a brief biography of Al- Ḥāfiẓ Ibn Hajar, and the second chapter: the study of the book and its author's approach.
The second section: the verified text, appended with a conclusion and indexes: The book has been verified on (5) ancient manuscript copies, written in the life of Al- Ḥāfiẓ in the handwriting of his students, which are: the Egyptian Book House copy, the Al-Jizi copy, the Kobrieli copy, the Shahid Ali copy, and the Al-Akhassi copy.
Research results:
1. In substantiating the authentic text, Al- Ḥāfiẓ relied on several methods for the narration of Abu Dhar Al-Harawi, and he was not satisfied with what he cited in the introduction through the transmission chain of Abu Maktum.
2. Fatḥ al-Bārī is a summary of the explanations of the al-Jāmiʻ al-ṣaḥīḥ and a compilation of its benefits, and everyone who wrote a commentary on the al-Jāmiʻ al-ṣaḥīḥ after him is dependent on him, so "there is no emigration after the conquest".
