المستخلص: الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وبعد:
فهذه الرسالة بعنوان: "فتح الباري بشرح البخاري" للحافظ ابن حَجَر العسقلاني (ت 852 هـــ) من بداية شرح "باب سورة ص" من "كتاب التفسير" إلى آخر شرح "باب كان جبريل يَعْرِض القرآن على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم" من "كتاب فضائل القرآن" - دراسةً وتحقيقاً -.
وهي تنتظم ضمن مشروع عِلْمِي مكوَّن من عدَّة رسائل لدراسة جميع الكتاب وتحقيقه.
والمنهج المتبَّع فيها هو منهج تحقيق المخطوطات، وتمَّ اعتماد ثلاثة نسخ خطية:
أولاً: نسخة "مكتبة الفاتح" بإستنبول رقم (925)،
ثانياً: نسخة "مكتبة خاصة" بتركيا رقم (161)،
ثالثاً: نسخة "المكتبة الوطنية" بالجزائر رقم (447).
وقد جاءت الرسالة في: مقدمة، وقسمين، وخاتمة، وفهارس.
فأمَّا المقدمة: ففيها بيان أهميَّة الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والمقدار المحقَّق، والطبعات السابقة، وخِطَّة الرسالة، ومنهج التحقيق.
وأمَّا القسم الأول فهو: قسم الدراسة، ويتضمَّن فصلين:
الفصل الأول: ترجمة موجَزة للحافظ ابن حَجَر، وفيه تسعة مباحث.
الفصل الثاني: دراسة كتاب "فتح الباري بشرح البخاري" ومقدمته، وفيه ستة مباحث.
وأمَّا القسم الثاني فهو: النص المحقَّق، وهو من بداية شرح "باب سورة ص" من "كتاب التفسير" إلى آخر شرح "باب كان جبريل يَـعْـرِض القرآن على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم" من "كتاب فضائل القرآن".
ثم الخاتمة، وفيها أهم نتائج البحث والتوصيات.
ثم الفهارس العلمية، وثَبَت المصادر والمراجع، وفيها اثنا عشر فهرساً.
Abstract: Praise be to God and prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. As for what follows:
This thesis is entitled: “Fath Al-Bari, an Explanation of Al-Bukhari, by Hafiz Bin Hajar Al-Asqalani (d. 852 AH), from the beginning of: ‘Chapter: Commentary of Surat Sad’ from ‘The Book of Tafseer (Commentary of the Qur'an)’, until the end of ‘Chapter: Jibril used to present the Qur'an to the Prophet (saws)’ from ‘The book of Virtues of the Qur'an’” study and a verification.
The thesis is part of a scientific project, consisting of a number of theses, dealing with a study of the whole book and a verification of its contents.
The method followed is the method of verifying manuscripts, where three written copies were adopted:
1 - The copy saved in the library (Al-Faatih) in Istanbul, No. (925).
2 - The copy saved in the (Private library) in Istanbul, No. (161).
3 - The copy saved in the (National Library) in Algeria, No. (447).
The thesis is divided into an introduction, two sections, a conclusion, and indexes.
The introduction comprises the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the amount of the book that was verified, a look at the previous editions of the book, the plan of the thesis, and the method of verification.
The first section, it is a study of the book, and it includes two chapters:
Chapter One: a brief biography of Hafiz Ibn Hajar, over nine sub-headings.
Chapter Two: a study of the book “Fath Al-Bari, an Explanation of Al-Bukhari”, and its introduction. It contains six sub-headings.
The second section, it is: the verified text, which is from the beginning of: “Chapter: Commentary of Surat Sad” from “The Book of Tafseer”, until the end of “Chapter: Jibril used to present the Qur'an to the Prophet (saws)” from “The book of Virtues of the Qur'an”.
Then the conclusion, which contains the most important results of the research and recommendations.
Finally, the various indices, bibliography, and table of contents – twelve in total – are put forth.
