المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى: معرفة مستوى وعي مديري المدارس الإسلامية في جمهورية مالي بمهارات التخطيط التربوي، المتمثلة في(مهارة التنبؤ واستشراف المستقبل، مهارة القدرة على دراسة الواقع وتحليل الأوضاع التعليمية والبيئية، مهارة تحديد وصياغة رؤية ورسالة وأهداف المدرسة الاستراتيجية، مهارة التخطيط لتنمية الموارد المالية وتقدير الموازنة وبناء الميزانية للمدرسة)، ولتحقيق ما هدف إليه الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي, والمقابلة والاستبانة كأداتين للدراسة, وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الإسلامية النظامية في جمهورية مالي، وعددهم(113) مديراً, وطبقت الدراسة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 1438/1439ه، وبلغت العينة(83) مديراً, بنسبة(73.4%) من المجتمع الكلي، و استخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: معامل ارتباط بيرسون للتأكد من صدق الاستبانة، معامل ألفا كرو نباخ للتأكد من ثبات الأداة، المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، اختبار تحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه.
من أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي:
1. أن مديري المدارس الإسلامية في جمهورية مالي لديهم مستوى مرتفع من الوعي بمهارات التخطيط التربوي.
2. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a = 0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات مديري المدارس الإسلامية في جمهورية مالي حول مستوى وعيهم بمهارات التخطيط التربوي عموما، وفي مهارات (القدرة على دراسة الواقع وتحليل الأوضاع التعليمية والبيئية، وتحديد وصياغة رؤية ورسالة وأهداف المدرسة الاستراتيجية) خصوصا، تعزى لاختلاف المؤهل الأكاديمي، وكانت الفروق في صالح المديرين الحاصلين على مؤهلات عليا.
3. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة(a = 0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات مديري المدارس الإسلامية في جمهورية مالي حول مستوى وعيهم بمهارات التخطيط التربوي عموما، وفي مهارات(القدرة على دراسة الواقع وتحليل الأوضاع التعليمية والبيئية، والتخطيط لتنمية الموارد المالية وتقدير الموازنة وبناء الميزانية للمدرسة) خصوصا، تعزى لاختلاف الخبرة، وكانت الفروق في صالح المديرين ذوي خبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات..
Abstract: The study aimed to: know the level of awareness of principals of Islamic schools in the Republic of Mali with the skills of educational planning, which is represented in (The skill of predicting and anticipating the future, Ability to study reality and analyze educational and environmental conditions, The skill of defining and formulating the vision, mission and objectives of the school strategy, Skill planning to develop financial resources and budget assessment and budget building for the school).
To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method, and questionnaire as a tool for study, the study population is composed of all principals of Islamic schools in the Republic of Mali, their number are (113) managers, the study was implemented during the second semester of the academic year 1438/1439. The sample was 83 managers, in the rate of (73.4%) of the total population, the researcher used the following statistical methods:
- Pearson correlation coefficient to verify the veracity of the questionnaire, Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient to ensure the stability of the tool, Mean arithmetic and standard deviation, One-way ANOVA contrast analysis test.
The main results of the study are:
1 - The principals of the Islamic schools in the Republic of Mali have a high level of awareness of the skills of educational planning.
2 - There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the average responses of the principals of Islamic schools in the Republic of Mali about their level of awareness of the skills of educational planning in general, and in skills (The ability to study reality and analyze the educational and environmental conditions, and identify and formulate the vision, mission and goals of the school strategy) in particular , attributed to different academic qualification, and differences were in favor of managers with higher qualifications.
3 - There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the average responses of the principals of Islamic schools in the Republic of Mali about their level of awareness of the skills of educational planning in general, and in skills (Ability to study reality, analyze educational and environmental conditions, plan for the development of financial resources, estimate the budget and build the budget for the school) ) in particular , attributed to different experience, differences were in favor of managers with more than 10 years' experience.
