المستخلص: تناولتِ الرسالةُ جمعَ ودراسةَ أقوالِ شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية وتقريراته في موضوع النفاق وأحكام أهله الواردة في الكتاب والسنة، حيث جُمِعتْ آراؤه وتقريراته رحمه الله من كتبه المطبوعة، وكتبِ تلاميذه، لما لموضوع النفاق من أهمية بالغة في الشرع، ولما لكلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية وتقريراته من منزلة علمية متميزة. كما تناولت الرسالة دراسة كلام شيخ الإسلام في موضوع البحث بالتحليل والإيضاح والمناقشة والاستدلال وغير ذلك من أوجه الدراسة وفق المنهج الوصفي التحليليّ، مع مراعاة قواعد البحث العلمي المتعارف عليها شكلاً ومضموناً، وقسمت الرسالة إجمالا إلى أربعة أبواب دون التمهيد والملحقات.
وقد خلصت الرسالة إلى نتائج مهمة في موضوع البحث؛ منها: بيان عظيم عناية شيخ الإسلام بالمسائل المدروسة في البحث، ودقة تناوله لها، وتنوع أساليبه في ذلك.
كما قد تبين أن شيخ الإسلام اعتنى بالجانب العملي المتعلق بتنزيل أحكام النفاق وتحقيق مناطه في الواقع، إضافة إلى اهتمامه البالغ بالجانب النظري المتعلق بتقرير ما ورد في الكتاب والسنة من مسائل النفاق وأحكامه.
وينتظم هذان الأمران عامة التفاصيل المتعلقة بباب النفاق؛ مثل كون النفاق اسماً شرعياً معلوماً من الدين، مقررةً أحكامُ أهله، وأنه من أسماء الذم التي يترتب على وجودها أحكام دنيوية وأخروية مختلفة، وأنه وصف له أصول وأسباب وعلامات يعرف بها، وأنه أنواع وأقسام من حيث وجوده ومحلُّه وحكمه، وأن المنافقين أصناف باعتبارات مختلفة جرى بيانها خلال البحث.
وشمل البحث جمع ودراسة أحكام المنافقين الدنيوية والأخروية بشكل مفصل من خلال كلام شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية، وبيان أحكام معاملة المنافقين في الدنيا والأصول الشرعية المعتبرة في ذلك.
Abstract: The dissertation is a collection and study of the opinions of Ibn Taymiyyah on hypocrisy and its people as mentioned in the Qur’ān and Sunnah. His opinions were collected from his, and his students’, printed books. This topic was chosen due to its utmost importance in Islam, as well as due to the lofty status of Ibn Taymiyyah and his opinions. The dissertation comprises a study of his opinions on this topic, by analysing, clarifying, discussing, inferring them, and other than that, according to the descriptive analytical methodology, whilst observing the accepted principles of research in both its form and content. I sectioned the dissertation into four chapters, other than the preface and various appendices.
The dissertation concluded with results of the subject; including clarifying Shaykh Al-Islam’s great attention paid to the issues studied, the accuracy of his dealing with them and the diversity of his methods.
It has also been found that he placed importance on the practical aspect of the rulings of hypocrisy and applying them, in addition to his interest in the theoretical aspect related to clarifying its affairs and rulings mentioned in the Qur’ān and Sunnah.
These two issues encompass the majority of details related to hypocrisy. For example, hypocrisy is a well-known term used in the religion; its rulings are established. It is one of the names of censure which results in different rulings in this world and the hereafter. It is a description based on foundations, causes and signs, and is categorised in terms of its presence, location, and ruling. Also, hypocrites are of various categories as clarified throughout the research.
