المقدمة: وفيها بيان الأهمية العلمية للكتاب، وأسباب اختياره، وتقسيم المشروع، ومنهج التحقيق. القسم الأول: الدراسة؛ وقد اشتملت على فصلين: الأول- ترجمة المصنف الإمام محب الدين الطبري، وفيه تسعة مباحث. الثاني- دراسة كتاب (غاية الإحكام) وفيه سبعة مباحث، القسم الثاني: النص المحقق، وقد بينته آنفًا، وقد راعيت المنهج العلمي في التحقيق، والتزمت بخدمة النص، وذلك بمقابلة المنسوخ بالأصل المنسوخ منه ومع النسخة الثانية المدنية، وعزو الآيات، وتخريج الأحاديث، والتعريف بالرواة، والأعلام-غير المشهورين-، وتوثيق النصوص من مصادرها، والتعريف بالمصطلحات، والكتب، والأماكن، والبلدان، والقبائل.
الخاتمة: وفيها بيان أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
النسخة المعتمدة: وقد اعتمدت على نسخة الخزانة العامة بالرباط –المغرب، وهي الأصل، ونسخة مجموعة بشير آغا، بالمدينة ثانوية.
Abstract: Title of research: The book of (Gayah Al-ihkam Fi Ahadith Alahkam) by Al-Hafiz Abu al-Abbas Ahmad bin Abdullah Moheb Al-Din Al-Tabari (died 694) from his speech: Mentioning of the evidence of those that prefer Athan over leading prayer, from the book of Athan to the end of mentioning of prohibition of praying in the cemetery, from the chapter of Purity of body, dress, and places. It is located in nineteen panels, and the number of hadiths is one hundred and seventy-one, study and investigation.
Thesis content: It included an introduction, two sections, a conclusion, and then indexes as follows:
Introduction: It includes the scientific significance of the book, the reasons for its selection, the division of the project and the method of investigation. the first section: the study, it included two chapters: First- biography of Imam Moheb Al-Din Al-Tabari and it contains nine topics. Second: study of the book (Gayah Al-ihkam) and it contains seven topics. The second section: the investigated text, I took care of the scientific method in the investigation, and committed to the service of the text, by comparing the original and the second copy, attributing verses, and extracting Hadith, and introducing the narrators, and unknown personalities and document the texts from their source, definition of terms, books, places, countries, and tribes.
conclusion: it includes the most important result recommendations.
