المستخلص: • موضوع البحث: اشتمل البحث على قسمين؛ هُما: قسم الدراسة، وقسم التحقيق.
أما قسم الدراسة فتناول:
في فصله الأول ترجمة موجزة للحافظ ابن حجر؛ في تسعة مباحث.
وفي فصله الثاني دراسة لكتاب "فتح الباري بشرح البخاري" ومقدمته؛ في ستة مباحث.
وأما قسم التحقيق فعُنِيَ بتحقيق جزء من كتاب "فتح الباري بشرح البُخاري"؛ من (باب: ذبح الرجل البقر عن نسائه من غير أمرهنَّ) من (كتابِ الحج) إلى نهاية كتاب (فضائل المدينة).
• منهج البحث: تحقيق مخطوط.
• بيانات المخطوط:
اعتمدت على أربع نسخ خطية في التحقيق، وهي: نسخة مكتبة الفاتح، ونسخة مكتبة رستم باشا، ونسخة المكتبة الأزهرية، ونسخة مكتبة آيا صوفية.
• أهمية البحث: تكمن أهميته في كونه يخدم «صحيح البخاري»؛ مع ما اشتمل عليه من فوائد، وبحوث، وتحقيقات علمية نادرة في مسائل متنوعة، وموضوعات شتى، حديثية أو فقهية أو أُصولية أو لُغويَّة، لا يكاد الباحث الـمُطَّلع يجدها في غيره من المصادر.
• أهم نتائج البحث: توصَّل الباحث إلى نتائج؛ أهمها:
1. اسم الشَّرْح الذي وَضَعَه الحافظ ابن حجر على "صحيح البخاري" كما سَمَّاهُ هو: "فتح الباري بشرح البُخاري"، واسمُ مُقدِّمتِه كما وُجِدَ بخطِّه: "هُدَى السَّاري لمقدِّمة فتح الباري"، وهما كتابان مستقلّان.
2. سعة اطِّلاع الحافظ ابن حجر - رحمه الله - على كثير من الـمُؤلفات التي خدمت هذا السِّفر العظيم ممَّا أفاده أثناء شرحه.
3. براعة الحافظ في شرحه للأحاديث، ودقة تعقباته لبعض مَن سبقه من الشُّرَّاح، وبيان ما وَهـموا فيه، مع بيان وَجْه الصَّواب.
Abstract: Overview of the Dissertation: The theses has two parts; the study and the research. As for the study section it includes:
- In its first chapter is a brief translation of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar which comprises nine sections.
- In its second chapter, includes a study of the book “Fath al-Bari Bi-Sharh al-Bukhari” and its introduction includes six sections.
As for the research section, it was meant to investigate part of the book “Fath al-Bari”. From (Chapter: A man slaughtering a cow on behalf of his wives without their command) from (The Book of Hajj) to the end of the book (The Virtues of Medina).
Research Methodology: Manuscript investigation.
Manuscript data: I relied on four manuscripts in the investigation, which are: Al-Fateh Library copy, Rustam Pasha Library copy, Al-Azharia Library copy, and Ayasofya library copy.
The Importance of the Research: Its importance lies in the fact that it serves "Sahih al-Bukhari". Along with the benefits of research involving rare scientific investigations. It also contains various issues, covering hadith, jurisprudential, fundamentalist or linguistic, a researcher can hardly find them in other sources.
Conclusion of the Theses:
1- The name of the commentary that al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar put on “Sahih al-Bukhari” as he called it: “Fath al-Bari Bi-Shar'h al-Bukhari,” and the name of its introduction, as found in his manuscript: “Huda as-Sari li-Muqaddimati Fath al-Bari,” which are two separate independent books.
2- Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar - may God have mercy on him - was able to acquaint himself with many of the books that served this great book, as he reported during his explanation.
3- Al-Hafiz’s skill in explaining the hadiths, the accuracy of his commentaries on some of his predecessors. Along with the explanation of what they were delusional about, and an explanation of the correct view.
