المستخلص: هذه الرِّسالة بعنوان: "فتح الباري بشرح البُخاري، للحافظ أبي الفضل أحمد بن علي بن حَجَر العَسْقَلَاني (ت 852 هـ) من باب: «دعاءُ النَّبيّ على كُفَّارِ قُريش». إلى باب قول الله تعالى: «وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ» من كتاب المغازي.
وهي رسالةٌ تَنْتَظِمُ ضمنَ مَشْرُوعٍ عِلْمِيٍّ مُكوَّن مِن عِدَّة رسائل؛ لدراسةِ جميعِ الكتابِ وتحقيقِهِ.
والمَنْهَجُ الـمُتَّبَعُ فيها هو مَنْهَجُ تحقيقِ المخطوطات، واعتمد على ثَلَاثِ نُسخٍ خطيَّة:
أوَّلًا: نسخة مكتبة الفاتح بإستنبول، رقم: (903).
ثانيًا: نسخة مكتبة (الحرم المكي)، رقم (233).
ثالثًا: نسخة المكتبة الأزهرية رقم (7484).
وقد جاءت الرِّسالة في: مُقدّمةٍ، وقِسْمَيْنِ، وخاتمةٍ، وفهارس.
فأمَّا الـمُقدِّمةُ ففيها بيانُ أهمِّيَّة الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والـمقدار الـمُحقَّق، والطَّبعات السَّابقة، وخِطّة الرِّسالة، ومنهَج التَّحقيق.
فأمَّا القِسْمُ الأوَّلُ فهو: قسمُ الدِّراسة، ويتضمَّنُ فَصْلَيْنِ:
الفصلُ الأوّلُ: ترجمةٌ مُوجَزَة ٌللحافِظِ ابنِ حَجَر. وفيه تسعةُ مباحث.
الفصلُ الثّاني: دراسةُ كتابِ "فتح الباري بشرح صحيح البخاري"، ومقدِّمته. وفيه سِتَّةُ مباحث.
وأمَّا القِسْمُ الثَّاني فهو: النَّصُّ الـمُحقَّق، وهو من باب: «دعاءُ النَّبيّ على كُفَّارِ قُريش». إلى باب قول الله تعالى: «وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ» من كتاب المغازي.
ثُمَّ الخاتمة وفيها أَهَمُّ نتائج البحث والتّوصيات.
ثُمَّ الفهارس العلميَّة، وثَبَت المصادر والمراجع وفيها اثنا عشر فهرسًا.
وصَلَّى اللهُ وسلَّمَ وبارك على عَبْدِهِ ورسولِهِ نَبِيِّنَا محمَّد وعلى آله وصَحْبِه أجمعين.
Abstract: This thesis is entitled: “Fath Al-Bari. an Explanation of Al-Bukhari. by Hafiz Abi Al-Fadl Ahmad Bin Ali Bin Hajar Al-Asqalani (d. 852 AH) From the Chapter: «Invoking evil of the Prophet (saws) on the disbelievers of Quraish» to the Chapter: Allah saying «on the day of Hunayn, when your great number» From the book Al-Maghaazi.
The thesis is part of a project, consisting of a number of theses, dealing with a study of the book and a verification of its contents.
The method followed is the method of verifying manuscripts، where three written copies were relied upon:
1- The copy saved in the library (al-Faatih) in Istanbul، No: (903).
2- The copy saved in the Library (Al-Haram al-Makki)، No: (233).
3- The copy saved in the library (Al-Azhar) No. (7484).
The thesis was divided into: an introduction، two sections، a conclusion، and indexes.
The introductions comprises the importance of the topic، the reasons for choosing it، the amount of the book which was verified، a look at the previous editions of the book. the plan of the thesis، and the method of verification.
As for the first section، it is a study of the book، and it includes two chapters:
Chapter One: a brief biography of Hafiz Ibn Hajar، over nine sub-headings.
Chapter Two: A Study of the book “Fath Al-Bari، an explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari”، and its introduction. It contains six sub-headings.
As for the second section، it is: the verified text, which is From the Chapter: «Invoking evil of the Prophet (saws) on the disbelievers of Quraish» to the Chapter: Allah saying «on the day of Hunayn, when your great number» From the book Al-Maghaazi.
Then the conclusion، which contains the most important results of the research and recommendations، is mentioned.
Finally، the various indices، bibliography، and table of contents - twelve in total - are put forth.
