المستخلص: هذا البحث بعنوان: "المسائل الأصولية المبنية على المسائل غير العقدية من خلال كتاب سلاسل الذهب للإمام بدرالدين بن بهادر الزركشي جمعا ودراسة".
واشتمل البحث على مقدمة للموضوع وفيها أهمية أسباب اختيار الموضوع والدراسات السابقة للموضوع.
كما اشتمل البحث على تمهيد وفيه التعريف بعلم أصول الفقه والتعريف بكتاب سلاسل الذهب، كما ضمَّ التمهيدُ ترجمةً للإمام الزركشي مع التعريف بعلم البناء.
كذلك حوى البحثُ المنهجَ المتبع في البحث، واتبعت فيه المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي ، وظهر المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال تتبعي لجميع المسائل الأصولية التي سبب البناء فيها غير عقدي من خلال كتاب سلاسل الذهب سواء نص عليه الإمام الزركشي أو نقله عن غيره أو نقله عالم آخر في كتاب ثاني على أنه سبب بناء المسألة، كما ظهر المنهج التحليلي من خلال دراستي للمسائل التي فيها تلازم مع غيرها.
كما اشتمل البحث على أربعة أبواب وتحت كل باب فصول وتحت كل فصل مباحث وتحت كل مبحث أربعة مطالب
ودرستُها على النحو الآتي أولا: التمهيد للمسألة بتعريف مصطلحاتها مع تصويرها تصويراً يقرب فهمها إن كانت تحتاجه،
والمطلب الثاني ذكرتُ فيه الأقوال في المسألة مع طرف من أدلة أصحابها ،و المطلب الثالث ذكرتُ فيه سبب بناء المسألة سواء نص عليه الإمام الزركشي أو نقله عن غيره أو تطرق إليه عالم آخر،
ثم المطلب الرابع ذكرتُ فيه وجه الارتباط بين المسألتين وإن كان للمسألة أكثر من سبب بناء أرجح بين الأبنية مع بيان سبب الترجيح.
Abstract: This research is titled: “Fundamental issues based on non-doctrinal issues through the book of chains of gold by Imam Badruddin bin Bahadar Al-Zarkashi, collected and studied.”
The research included an introduction to the topic and the importance of reasons for choosing the topic and previous studies of the topic.
The research also included a preface in which it introduces the science of usul al-fiqh and introduces the book “Chains al-Dahab”. The preface also included a translation of Imam al-Zarkashi with the definition of the science of construction.
The research also contained the methodology used in the research, and I followed the inductive and analytical method in it, and the inductive approach appeared by tracing all the fundamental issues in which the reason for building is non-dogmatic through the Book of Chains of Gold, whether it was stipulated by Imam Al-Zarkashi or transferred from others or transmitted by another scientist in a second book However, it is the reason for building the issue, as the analytical method has emerged through my study of the issues that are interrelated with others.
The research also included four chapters, and under each chapter, there are chapters, and under each topic there are four demands
And I studied it as follows: Firstly: Preface to the issue by defining its terminology while portraying it in a way that brings its understanding closer if it needs it.
And the second requirement I mentioned the sayings on the issue with some of the evidence of the owners, and the third requirement I mentioned the reason for building the issue, whether it was stipulated by Imam Al-Zarkashi or quoted by someone else, or another scholar referred to it,
Then the fourth requirement, in which I mentioned the aspect of the link between the two issues, even if the issue has more than one reason for a construction that is more likely between the buildings, along with an explanation of the weight of the reason.
