المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى البحث عن الدعوة الإسلامية في أوكرانيا: واقعها، ومعوقاتها، وسبل العلاج. وتظهر أهميتها في القيام بالواجب الدعوي في أوكرانيا باعتبارها دولة كبيرة استراتيجية ومهمة تاريخيًا واقتصاديًا وسياسيًا. والاستقراء عن أحوال الدعوة الإسلامية في أوكرانيا يساعد الدعاة في الدعوة إلى الله تعالى في أوكرانيا على بصيرة ووضوح، والاكتشاف عن الاتجاهات والفرق الباطلة المنتشرة في أوكرانيا، والوقوف على أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الدعوة الإسلامية في أوكرانيا وسبل علاجها.
وتضمنت هذه الدراسة أيضًا التعرف على أحوال المسلمين في أوكرانيا قديمًا وحديثًا، وإبراز أهمية الدعوة الإسلامية في أوكرانيا، والتعرف على طرق إيصال الدعوة الإسلامية في أوكرانيا، وبيان أهمية ارتباط الأقلية المسلمة بالدول المسلمة الأخرى، وإظهار أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الدعوة الإسلامية في أوكرانيا وسبل علاجها.
وقد اتضح للباحث من خلال الدراسة الميدانية للدعوة الإسلامية في أوكرانيا أن أكبر المعوقات المتعلقة بالدعاة تمثلت في انشغال الدعاة بالأمور المعيشية الدنيوية، وضعف التأهيل العلمي والعملي. وتمثلت أكبر المعوقات المتعلقة بالمدعوين في ضعف الوازع الديني لدى بعض المدعوين من المسلمين، وانشغال المدعوين بالأمور المعيشية الدنيوية. وتمثلت أكبر المعوقات المتعلقة بوسائل الدعوة وأساليبها في قلة المساجد والمصليات، وتأثير وسائل الإعلام الهدامة التي تنشر الأخلاق السيئة في المجتمع. وتمثلت أكبر المعوقات المتعلقة بالبيئة الدعوية في ضعف توحيد الجهود الدعوية، وانتشار النظرة المادية للحياة.
كما اقترح الباحث في ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها عديدًا من التوصيات والاقتراحات وسبل العلاج لأهم معوقات الدعوة الإسلامية في أوكرانيا.
Abstract: This study aims to study about “Islamic Propagation in Ukraine: its reality, its constraints and ways of treatment”. The study shows an importance of carrying out the propagation duty in Ukraine which is a large strategic, historically, economically and politically important country. The extrapolation of the conditions of the Islamic call in Ukraine helps preachers in their call to Allah in Ukraine for the foresight and clarity. Find out about the trends and false teams spread in Ukraine, and identify the main challenges facing the Islamic call in Ukraine and ways to remedy them.
This study also included the identification of the conditions of Muslims in Ukraine, old and new, and the importance of the Islamic call in Ukraine, and identify ways to communicate the Islamic call in Ukraine, and the importance of linking the Muslim minority with other Muslim countries, and show the most prominent challenges facing the Islamic call in Ukraine and ways to address them.
It was clear to the researcher through the study of the Islamic Propagation in Ukraine that the biggest obstacles related to preachers were the preachers' preoccupation with mundane living and poor scientific and practical qualification. The biggest obstacles related to the guests were the weakness of the religious motivation of some Muslim guests and the preoccupation of the guests with the mundane living. The biggest obstacles related to the methods of advocacy and methods were the lack of mosques and chapels, and the impact of destructive media that spread bad morals in society. The biggest obstacles related to the propagation environment where the weak consolidation of Da'wah efforts and the spread of the materialistic view of life.
The researcher also suggested in the light of the findings of several recommendations, suggestions and remedies for the most important obstacles to the Islamic propagation in Ukraine.
