المستخلص: هذه الرسالة عبارة عن تحقيق ودراسة كتاب «توفيق العناية في شرح وقاية الرواية» لزين الدين جنيد بن سندل البغدادي الحنفي من بداية كتاب المكاتب إلى نهاية المخطوط.
وهو كتاب شرح فيه المؤلف متن الوقاية حيث يتسم شرحه بالوسطية بين الإيجاز المخلّ والإطناب المملّ، وطريقة شرحه للمتن ليس تتبعاً لكل كلماته، إنما تعليقاً عليه بالجملة، وتوضيحاً له، وتفصيلاً لمجمله، ويتميز الكتاب بأن مؤلفه يورد الاختلاف الوارد في المذهب الحنفي، كما يتوسع في المقارنة بين رأي الحنفية والشافعية غالبا، وبين الحنفية والمالكية أحيانا، ويذكر أدلتهم، ويرد عليها في كثير من المسائل، ويتضح من خلال شرحه تعصبه لمذهبه الفقهي، ولا يشنع على صاحب القول المخالف.
وتشتمل هذه الرسالة على ما يلي:
- الافتتاحية، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع وأهميته، وخطة البحث، ومنهج التحقيق.
- دراسة حياة المؤلفين (صاحب المتن والشارح) ونشأتهما العلمية.
- دراسة الكتابين ومنهج المؤلفين فيهما، ووصف النسخ الخطية المعتمة.
- تحقيق نص الكتاب معتمداً على نسخة مخطوطة من مكتبة فاتح – إسطنبول، ومقابلته على نسختين مخطوطتين أخريين، وفق المنهج المعتمد في خطة البحث.
- دراسة نص الكتاب دراسة علمية، والتي تشمل: توضيح كلام المؤلف والتعليق عليه، وتخريج نصوص الكتاب والسنة وآثار الصحابة من مصادرها المعتمدة، وتوثيق المسائل الفقهية وأدلتهم من كتب المذاهب الأربعة وغيرهم.
- الفهارس العلمية، والتي تشمل فهارس الآيات والأحاديث والآثار والكلمات الغريبة والمصطلحات العلمية والأعلام والأماكن والبلدان والمراجع والمصادر، ثم فهرس الموضوعات.
