Title Fath Al-Bari Le Sharh Al-Bukhari" by Al-Hafiz Abi Al-Fadl Ahmed bin Ali bin Hajar Al-Asqalani (D: 852 AH) , from the beginning of the chapter of humility from (Kitab Al-Raqqaq – Section of Admonition) to the end of (Kitab Al-Qadr – Section of Destiny) , verification and study.

المستخلص: الحمد لله وكفى والصلاة والسلام على الحبيب الـمصطفى، وعلى من سار على نهجه واقتفى أما بعد: فهذه رسالة علمية بعنوان: "فتح الباري بشرح البخاري للحافظ أبي الفضل أحمد بن علي بن حجر العسقلاني (ت: 852 هـ) من بداية باب التواضع من (كتاب الرقاق) إلى نهاية (كتاب القَدَر)" تحقيقا ودراسة.
وهي رسالة مقدمة لنيل درجة العالـمية العالية "الدكتوراه" ضمن مشروع علمي مكون من أربعين رسالة علمية لدراسة الكتاب وتحقيقه.
والـمنهج الــمُتَّبع فيها هو الـمنهج العلمي في تحقيق الـمخطوطات، واعتمدت في هذه الرسالة على نسخ خطية وهي:
1- نسخة مكتبة مراد ملا باستنبول (رقم 497) و(رقم 498) ورمزت لها بــــ (س).
2- نسخة مكتبة أحمد الثالث باستنبول (رقم 403) ورمزت لها بـــ (ث).
3- نسخة مكتبة الـملك عبد العزيز بالـمدينة الـمنورة (رقم 363) ورمزت لها بــــ (ع).
بالإضافة إلى نسختين مساعدتين هي نسخة مكتبة كوبريلي (رقم 320) ورمزت لها بـــ (ك)، ونسخة مكتبة يوسف آغا (قونية) (رقم 3878) ورمزت لها بــــ (ص).
وتنقسم الرسالة إلى: مقدمة، وقسمين، وخاتمة، وفهارس.
فأما الـمقدمة ففيها: بيان أهمية الـموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والـمقدار الــمُحقَّق، ونبذة عن الطبعات السابقة، وخطة الرسالة، ومنهج التحقيق.
وأما القسم الأول: ففيه الدراسة النظرية ويتضمَّن فصلين:
الفصل الأول: ترجمة موجزة لمؤلف الكتاب الحافظ: ابن حجر العسقلاني، وفيه تسعة مباحث.
والفصل الثاني: دراسة كتاب فتح الباري لشرح البخاري ومقدِّمته، وفيه ستة مباحث.
وأما القسم الثاني من الرسالة فهو: النصُّ الــمُحقَّق.
ثم الخاتمة، وفيها: أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
ثم ثبت الـمصادر والـمراجع، ثم الفهارس العلمية، وفيها اثنا عشر فهرساً.
وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.
Abstract: Praise be to Allah alone, peace and blessings be upon the beloved and chosen prophet, and upon the followers of his path. To proceed:
This dissertation is entitled: “Fath Al-Bari Le Sharh Al-Bukhari" by Al-Hafiz Abi Al-Fadl Ahmed bin Ali bin Hajar Al-Asqalani (D: 852 AH) , from the beginning of the chapter of humility from (Kitab Al-Raqqaq – Section of Admonition) to the end of (Kitab Al-Qadr – Section of Destiny) , verification and study.
This dissertation is submitted to obtain a high international degree "Doctorate Degree" within a scientific project consisting of forty scientific dissertations to study and verify of the book.
The method followed in this dissertation is the method of verifying manuscripts, which is:
1- copy of the Murad Mulla Library in Istanbul (No.497 ) and (No. 498) and symbolized by (S).
2- Copy of Ahmed III Library in Istanbul (No. 403) and symbolized by (Th).
3- copy of the King Abdul Aziz Library in Madinah (No. 363) and symbolized by (A).
In addition to two auxiliary copies, the copy of the Cobrieli Library (No. 320) symbolized by (K) , and the copy of the Yusuf Agha Library (Konya) (No. 3878) symbolized by (Y).
The dissertation is divided into: an introduction, two parts, conclusion, and indexes.
As for the introduction, it includes: illustrating of importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the amount verified, an overview of previous editions, the plan of the dissertation, and the verification method.
As for the first section: it contains the theoretical study and includes two chapters:
The first chapter: a brief biography by the author of the book, Al-Hafiz: Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, and it contains nine topics.
The second chapter: a study of the book "Fath Al-Bari Le Sharh Al-Bukhari" and its introduction, and it contains six topics.
The second part of the dissertation is: the verified text.
Then the conclusion, which includes: the most important results and recommendations.
Then the sources and references are confirmed, then the scientific indexes, which contain twelve indexes.
And peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad and all his family and companions.
