موضوع البحث: البحث جزء من مشروع علمي لدراسة كتاب الإكليل في استنباط التنزيل للسيوطي، دراسة استقرائية نقدية، وكان القدر المخصص لي دراسته من أول سورة يوسف إلى آخر سورة الكهف.
منهج البحث: استقرائي نقدي.
هيكل البحث: اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وقسمين، وخاتمة، وفهارس.
أما المقدمة ففيها: بيان أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، وحدود البحث، ومنهج البحث.
وأما القسم الأول: الدراسة النظرية، ففيه سبعة مباحث، حوت ترجمة السيوطي، والتعريف بكتابه الإكليل، ومنهجه فيه، وزيادته على استنباط المفسرين، وتعريف الاستنباط، والفرق بينه وبين التفسير والتدبر والاستدلال.
وأما القسم الثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية من أول سورة يوسف إلى آخر سورة الكهف.
الخاتمة: وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
أبرز نتائج البحث: تفرد السيوطي بتأليف كتاب مستقل عن الاستنباط من القرآن الكريم، ووجود بعض المسائل المستنبطة التي لم يسبقه إليها أحد، وقد بلغت اثنتي عشرة مسألة، أما المسائل المرجوحة فقد بلغت ثلاثًا وخمسين مسألة، وأما المسائل التي ليست باستنباط فقد بلغت تسعة عشرة مسألة.
Abstract: Inferences in the Book Entitled ‘Al-Ikleel’: A Critical Inductive Study
Title of the Study
‘Inferences in the Book Entitled ‘Al-Ikleel’ Compiled by Al-Souyouti: A Critical Inductive Study’ Effective as of the Beginning of Surat Yousuf Up to the End of Surat Al-Kahaf’
Subject Matter of the Study
This study is part of an academic project to study the book entitled ‘Al-Ikleel fi Istenbat Al-Tanzeel’ Compiled by Al-Souyouti: A Critical Inductive Study. My share has started from the beginning of Surat Yousuf up to the end of Surat Al-Kahaf.
Methodology: The study has employed the critical inductive approach
Structure of the Study:
The study is composed of an introduction, two sections, conclusion and references.
Introduction has been concerned with the significance of the subject matter, causes of selection, literature review, research plan, scope and methodology of the study.
Section I is intended to shed light on the theoretical study. It has seven subsections covering translation of Al-Souyouti, definition of his book entitled ‘Al-Ikleel’, methodology of the book, his insight with respect to the scholars’ inferences, definition of inference and comparison between inference vs. interpretation, contemplation and reasoning.
Section II is intended to shed light on the applied study starting from the beginning of Surat Yousuf up to the end of Surat Al-Kahaf.
Conclusion presents the most significant findings and recommendations.
Following are among the most significant findings.
Aside from inference, Al-Souyouti uniquely compiled a book from the Holy Book of Quran. He further identified a number of inferred issued (approx. twelve issues) to which no one had ever approached. As for the swing issues, they had been thirty-five issues. Other than this, the issues having nothing to do with inference reached the threshold of nineteen issues.
