المستخلص: وتحددت مشكلة هذه الدراسة بالإجابة على السؤال الرئيس وهو: مادور الجامعات السعودية في التصدي لمناهج الجماعات الحركية والتكفيرية؟
وهدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مناهج الجماعات الحركية والتكفيرية المعاصرة من خلال نشأتها وأسباب تطورها وتنوعها في العالم الإسلامي وما هي أهدافها وما المناهج الحركية والتكفيرية التي تشكل خطراً على المسلمين وما هي آثارها وما دور الجامعات السعودية المستهدفة في الدراسة وهي : ( جامعة أم القرى ، جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية والجامعة الإسلامية وجامعة الملك خالد وجامعة القصيم وجامعة حائل) في التصدي لمناهج الجماعات الحركية والتكفيرية من خلال المشاركة بالمؤتمرات والندوات ونشر الرسائل العلمية والكراسي العلمية والمقررات الدراسية التي تصدت لمناهج الجماعات الحركية .
واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يقوم على وصف وتحليل الظاهرة المدروسة من حيث طبيعتها وقد استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات وتم تصميمها حيث تكونت من( 48) فقرة بعد عرضها على المحكمين البالغ عددهم (25) عضو هيئة التدريس متخصص لتطبيقها على مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (468(عضو هيئة تدريس ينتسبون للجامعات المستهدفة في الدراسة.
وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج من أهمها:
1- أن العقيدة الإسلامية الصحيحة هي أصل الدين وقاعدته ويتأتى ترسيخ العقيدة الصحيحة في المجتمعات الإسلامية من خلال المؤسسات التعليمية الجامعية.
2- أن للجامعات السعودية دور بارز من خلال الأستاذ الجامعي في نشر المنهج الإسلامي القائم على كتاب الله وسنة رسوله .
3- على الجامعات السعودية دور مهم في مواجهة الآثار السيئة التي أحدثتها مناهج الجماعات الحركية والتكفيرية.
4- يقوم منهج الجماعات الحركية والتكفيرية، على تفسير الإسلام تفسيراً سياسياً، بعيداً عن القواعد والأصول الشرعية.
5- اتضح أن الفئة الأكثر استجابة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس درجتهم العلمية " محاضر" وأن ( 84 ) من إجمالي أفراد الدراسة تخصصهم "الدعوة والثقافة الإسلامية" وأن "جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية " هي الأكثر استجابة حيث أن ( 108 ) من أفراد الدراسة ينتسبون لها
Abstract: The problem of this study was determined by answering the main question: What role do Saudi universities play in addressing the methodology of the haraki and takfiri groups.
The study aimed to identify the methodology of contemporary haraki and takfiri groups through their origins and reasons for their development and diversity in the Islamic world and what their objectives are.
what are the haraki and takfiri approaches that pose a danger to Muslims and what their effects are and what the role of the Saudi universities targeted in the study such as: Um al-Qura University, Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University, Islamic University, King Khalid University, Qassim University and Hail University) in addressing the methodology of haraki and takfiri groups by participating in conferences and seminars and publishing scientific articles, scientific chairs and courses that have been addressed the tactical methods of the haraki groups.
The study was based on descriptive analytical approach, which is based on the description and analysis of the phenomenon studied in terms of its nature and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information and was designed where it consisted of (48) paragraphs after presenting it to the arbitrators of (25) specialized faculty members to apply it to the community. The 468 faculty members of the target universities are enrolled in the study.
The study had a number of results, the most important of which are:
1. The true Islamic faith is the origin and base of religion and the true faith can be established in Muslim societies through university educational institutions.
2- Saudi universities have a prominent role through the university professor in the dissemination of the Islamic curriculum based on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of his Prophet.
3- Saudi universities have an important role to play in countering the adverse effects of the methodology of the haraki and takfirist groups.
4. The approach of the haraki and takfirist groups is based on the political interpretation of Islam, away from Islamic rules and principles.
5- It turns out that the most responsive group of faculty members has a degree of "lecturer", that (84) of the total study members specializes in "Daawa and Islamic Culture", and that "Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University" is the most responsive as (108) of the study members belong to it.
