مشكلة البحث: واجه النظام التعليمي في معهد الحرم المكي ومعهد المسجد النبوي الشريف مجموعة من التحديات والمشاكل في الجانب التعليمي والإداري، فجاء هذا البحث لدراستها للوصول إلى الحلول العلمية، والتوصـــــيات والمقترحات وفق منهجية الجودة الشاملة لتعزيز جوانب القوة والنمو، ولعلاج جوانب الخلل والنقص، وتحسين البيئة التعليمية وتطوير الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة، والوصول إلى مواكبة الاتجاهات الحديثة في النظم التعليمية.
منهج البحث: الوصفي المسحي.
عينة البحث: عينة عشوائية مكونة من (70) معلماً، و(816) طالباً.
أدوات البحث: الاستبانة.
الأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة في البحث: تمّ استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) لتحليل البيانات وفقاً لمشكلة الدراسة وتساؤلاتها، والأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: معامل ارتباط بيرسون - معامل ألفا كرونباخ، المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري- اختبار T-test - اختبار تحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه- اختبار شيفيه للمقارنات البعدية.
أبرز نتائج البحث: توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة في النظام التعليمي لمعهد الحرم المكي ومعهد المسجد النبوي الشريف من وجهة نظر المعلمين والطلاب بدرجة متوسطة، فجاء مجال الطلاب في مقدمة المجالات، يليها مجال الأداء التدريسي للمعلمين، ثم المناهج الدراسية ثم مجال الهيئة الإدارية، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a = 0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمين نحو مدى توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة في النظام التعليمي لمعهد الحرم المكي ومعهد المسجد النبوي الشريف في مجالاتها المختلفة، تعزى لاختلاف المعهد، والمؤهل العلمي، والمرحلة التعليمية، والخبرة.
Abstract:
The Education System in Institute Al Haram Al Makki and Institute Al Masjid An Nabawi, based on Comprehensive Quality Standards (Evaluation Study)

This research deals with some obstacles and challenges facing education system in Institute Al Haram Al-Makki and Institute-Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, both administrative and educational aspect, this paper is to provide academic solution, recommendations and suggestions based on comprehensive quality approach in order to strengthen strong and developed areas and to rectify weak and defect areas and to improve learning environment and services rendered to students and to keep pace with modern trends in education system.
The research employed descriptive survey approach and study sample is a random sample of 70 teachers and 816 students and research tool is questionnaire, and the statistical methods used in analyzing data are statistical packages for the social sciences (SPSS) based on the research problem and questions, and the following: Pearson correlation Coefficient, Alpha Cornbrash Coefficient, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, T-test, one-way analysis of variance test, Scheffe test for dimensional comparisons.
The research important results are: there are comprehensive quality standards in the education system of Institute Al Haram Al Makki and Institute-Al-Masjid An-nabawi, at average level from the teachers and students point of view. As regards evaluation, student aspect comes first, followed by teachers teaching performance, then curricula and administrative personnel. There were no statistical significant differences at (a = 0.05) within average answers of the teachers’ study sample towards the existence of comprehensive quality standards in the education system of InstituteAl-Haram AlMakki and Institute-Al-Masjid An-nabawi in different aspects due to difference of institute, educational qualification, educational level, and experience.
