نتائج البحث وتوصياته: المكانة العلمية للمؤلف؛ فالقاضي حسين أحد كبار أئمة الشافعية، وهو من أصحاب الوجوه، وله معرفة عميقة في دقائق الفقه، واشتمال هذا الكتاب على كثير من أبواب الفقه، العناية بكتب القاضي حسين وإخراجها إخراجاً عليمًا دقيقًا يليق بمكانة القاضي حسين وعلمه، دراسة فقه القاضي حسين وبيان مكانته في الفقه الشافعي ودوره في المذهب، ثم ختم الباحث بحثه بفهارس علمية تسهل الوصول للبحث. فهرس الآيات القرآنية فهرس الأحاديث النبوية. فهرس الآثار. فهرس الأعلام. فهرس المصطلحات العلمية والكلمات الغريبة. فهرس المصادر والمراجع. فهرس الموضوعات.
Abstract: Title of the research: The Method of the Judge Hussain, authored by Judge Hussein ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Marwadhi al-Shafi’i (d.462 AH), from the first issues of mortgaging to the end of the issue of a boy’s Islam, in the chapter of deposit, study and investigation.
Approach used: Descriptive and Analytical approach.
Research problem: What is the method of Judge Hussein in jurisprudence?
This research included an introduction, two sections, and indexes, the introduction included the opening, the importance of the manuscript and the reasons for choosing it, documenting the manuscript's ratio to the author, previous studies, the research plan, investigation methodology, and description of handwritten copies. Then the first section: the study section, and it included two chapters:
The first chapter: introducing Judge Hussein, his name, his tribe, his nickname, his birth, his death, his scientific upbringing, his scholars, his students, his scholarly position and compliment of scholars on him, his books, his faith, and his doctrine of jurisprudence. The second chapter: introducing the book “The Method of Judge Hussein,” verifying the title of the book, documenting its lineage to the author, the subject of the book, the method of the author in it, the sources of the book, and a description of the handwritten copies.
Then the second section: The verified text: It starts from the from the first issues of mortgaging to the end of the issue of the boy’s Islam to Islam in the section on the deposit, and is located in 70 panels.
Research findings and recommendations:
The scientific position of the author; Judge Hussein is one of the senior Shafi’i imams, his opinions are considered strongly, has a deep knowledge in details of jurisprudence, and this book includes many chapters of jurisprudence. Taking care of Judge Hussein’s book and producing it scientifically accurate befitting Judge Hussein’s position and knowledge, studying the jurisprudence of Judge Hussein and showing his position in jurisprudence Al-Shafi’i and his role in the doctrine, then the researcher concluded his research with scientific indexes that facilitate access to the research.
