القسم الثاني: تحقيق الكتاب، وفيه من المباحث: باب ما يوجب الخيار في النكاح، والركن الخامس وهو الصداق، والشروط في النكاح، والجهاز وتوابعه، والوليمة، والقسم والنشوز، وشقاق الزوجين، والطلاق والخلع، وينتهي الجزء المحقق بنهاية الكلام عن مسائل الخلع.
Abstract: Thesis Title: Mauunatut to'lib watuhfatur raagib fi sherhi mukhtasoril Imam Ibnul-Haajib, authored by: Imam Abil-Abbaas Ahmad bin Muhammad Al-Qalshaani (died in. 863AH), from the first chapter of the book; " what necessitates choice in marriage till the end of discussion on the issues of khul’u (wife-initiated divorce) - study and manuscripts verification.
This thesis is submitted to obtain a global doctorate degree (PhD) from the Department of Jurisprudence, Faculty of Shariah in the Islamic University of Madinah.
Number of manuscript copies and names of libraries where they were found: The verified book has two copies:
First: A preserved copy in the Moroccan Gallery in Al-Azhar, with this No.: 3087.
Second: This is the copy of the Moroccan National Library, preserved with this document code: Q-509.
Research limits: The research includes an introduction, a preface, two sections, and indexes.
First section: This includes a brief introductory study of the book text and the author of the book, as well as a brief introductory study of the verified book and the translator of the book.
Second section: This includes verification of the correctness of the manuscript of the book, which contains the following topics: chapter on what necessitates choice in marriage, fifth pillar; dowry, conditions in the marriage, the trousseau and accessories, feast, oath, disobedience, discord of the spouses, divorce and khul’u. The verified part in this research ends at the end of issues on Khul'u (wife-initiated divorce).
