المستخلص: قمت بتحقيق ودراسة: [غاية الإحكام في أحاديث الأحكام] للحافظ أحمد بن عبد الله محب الدين الطبري من بداية قوله: "ذكر تحريم الخروج على الإمام" إلى نهاية: " ذكر جواز الصلح بعد الإشراف على الظفر" من "باب قتال أهل البغي" من كتاب الجهاد, معتمدا في ذلك على ثلاث نسخ خطية الخزانة العامة بالرباط – المغرب-, الظاهرية – سوريا-, خزانة فيض الله أفندي – استانبول.
وقد افتتحت البحث بعد التسمية بمقدّمة وتوابعها من أهمية, وأسباب اختيار الموضوع, ومنهج للبحث, وقسمته إلى قسمين: القسم الأول: الدراسة، وقد اشتملت على فصلين: الفصل الأول: ترجمة للمصنف الإمام محب الدين الطبري، وفيه تسعة مباحث, واشتمل الفصل الثاني على دراسة كتاب "غاية الإحكام التي تتضمن سبعة مباحث.
وتناولت في القسم الثاني دراسة نص المؤلف, وتخريج أحاديثه, والتعريف بالأعلام, والأماكن, والقبائل, والألفاظ الغريبة.
ثم ختمت البحث بأهم النتائج والتوصيات، وفهارس علمية متنوعة، والمصادر، والموضوعات.
Abstract: Subject of The Thesis: Hadeeth that contain the prohibition of waging violence against the leaders till the permissibility of reconciling with the enemies towards defeating them.
Methodoly of the research: Investigating of the manuscript and the interpretation of its hadith by giving appropriate judgments to each hadith in terms of authenticity, weakness and dubiousness. It also gives the introduction of the places, narrators, invasions and vocabularies. The number of copies investigated are three copies: the copy of Mogribiyah, the copy of Thohiriyah, the copy of Faidhullah Afandy.
The thesis was divided into two sections:
The first section consists two chapters:
Chapter One: biography of the author Mohebbudeen Al Tabari which consists nine sections.
Chapter Two: study of the book which consists seven sections.
The second section: the investigated text from his saying " the prohibition of waging violence against the leaders" to his saying "permissibility of reconciling with the enemies towards defeating them".
Conclusion: The research was concluded by mentioning important results and recommendations.
The research was accompanied by scientific indexes so that the researcher can easily get what he needs.
