مُكوّنات الرّسالة:
تحتوي الرّسالة على مقدّمة، وتمهيد، وقسميْن، وفهارس.
المقدّمة وفيها: القيمة العلميّة للموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدّراسات السّابقة، وخُطَّة البحث، ومنهج التّحقيق.
• التّمهيد: يحتوي على دراسة موجزة للزّمخشريّ ولكتابه "الكشّاف"؛ مِن حيث التّعريف به، وبـتفسيره، والحواشي عليه.
القسم الأوّل: قسم الدّراسة، وفيه فصلان:
- الفصل الأوّل: وفيه التّعريف بالمـؤلّف تعريفًا موجزًا، من حيث اسمه، ونسبه، ومولده، ونشأته، وحياته العلميّة، ومؤلَّفاته، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، وعقيدته، ومذهبه الفقهيّ، ومكانته العلميّة، وثناء العلماء عليه، ودراسة موجزة لعصْر المـؤلّف من حيث الحالة السّياسيّة، والاجتماعيّة، والعلميّة.
- الفصل الثّاني: وفيه دراسة موجزة للكتاب من حيث تحقيق عنوانه، وتوثيق نسبته إلى مؤلِّفه، وموضوعه، وموارده، ومنهج المـؤلِّف فيه، وقيمته العلميّة، ووصْف النّسَخ الخطّيّة المعتمَدة ونماذج منها.
القسم الثّاني: تحقيق نصّ الكتاب: من بداية تفسير الآية (60) من سورة التّوبة، إلى نهاية السّورة نفسها.
واختُتِمَت الرّسالة بفهارس علميّة متنوّعة.

Abstract: Thesis Title: Study and investigation of "Al-Kafeel bi Ma'ani At-Tanzeel" by Al-Qaadi Emaduddeen Al-Kindi, from the beginning of Verse (60) of Surah At-Taubah, to the end of the same Surah.
Thesis components: The thesis comprises of an introduction preparation, two sections, and indices as follows:
The introduction: includes the scientific value of the theme, reasons for its selection, previous studies, research plan and methodology.
Preface: Concludes of a brief study of Az-Zamachshari and his book "Al-kash-shaf", and the annotations of it.
Section One: The study; it includes two chapters, as follows:
Chapter one: Biography of the author in terms of his name, lineage, birth, development, academic life, books, teachers, students, theological believe, his jurisprudential school of thought, academic status and commendation of scholars for him, and brief study of the era of the author in terms of the political, social and scientific situation.
Chapter two: Brief Study of the book in terms of verification of its title, authentication of its ascription to the author, theme, sources, author's methodology, scientific value, description of the handwritten manuscripts used in the research and samples of them.
Section Two: Investigation of the text of the book from the beginning of Verse (sixty) of Surah At-Taubah, to the end of the same Surah.
The thesis was concluded with various scientific indices.
