المستخلص: يعد هذا البحث جزءًا من مشروع علمي قام فيه الباحث مع مجموعة من الطلاب باستقراء ودراسة تفسير القرآن الكريم في مجموعة من كتب التفسير المحددة. منهج البحث: جمع القواعد الأصولية، والفروع المخرجة عليها، ودراستها، وبيان وجه أثر القواعد الأصولية في هذه الفروع. تقسيم البحث: إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة فصول، وخاتمة، وفهارس: الفصل الأول: القواعد الأصولية المتعلقة بالتكليف، والحكم التكليفي، وذكر فيه خمسة مباحث. الفصل الثاني: القواعد الأصولية المتعلقة بالأدلة المتفق عليها والمختلف فيها، وذكر فيه ثمانية مباحث. الفصل الثالث: القواعد الأصولية المتعلقة بدلالات الألفاظ، وذكر فيه أربعة وثلاثون مبحثًا. الفصل الرابع: القواعد الأصولية المتعلقة بالنسخ، والتعارض والترجيح، وذكر فيه خمسة مباحث. أبرز النتائج: توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: تأكيد مدى تأثير القواعد الأصولية في التفسير واستنباط الأحكام، وتميّز كتب الأصوليين في التفسير, عن بقية كتب المفسرين الآخرين، إضافة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات المهمة.

Abstract: This research is part of a scientific project in which the researcher, with a group of students, extrapolated and studied the exegesis of the Holy Quran in a group of specific books of exegesis. Research methodology: collecting the fundamental rules of jurisprudence, and the offshoots derived from them, studying them, and showing the effects of the fundamental rules of jurisprudence on these offshoots. Research Division: an introduction, a preface, four chapters, a conclusion, and indexes: The first chapter: Fundamental rules of jurisprudence related to obligation, and the obligatory rulings, in which five topics are mentioned. The second chapter: Fundamental rules of jurisprudence related to agree upon and disputed evidence, in which eight topics are mentioned. The third chapter: Fundamental rules of jurisprudence related to the semantics of words, in which thirty-four topics are mentioned. The fourth chapter: Fundamental rules of jurisprudence related to abrogation, conflict and validation of opinion, in which five topics are mentioned. The most prominent results: The researcher arrived at a set of results, the most important of which are: confirming the effect of fundamental rules of jurisprudence on exegesis and deduction of rulings. The books of the scholars of fundamentals of jurisprudence are distinguished from the rest of the books of other exegetists, in addition to a set of important recommendations.
