الحمد لله أولاً وآخراً, وبعد
فهذا البحث عبارة عن رسالة علمية بعنوان: "فتح الباري, بشرح البخاري" لابن حجر العسقلاني, من أول كتاب الحج, إلى باب من اشترى هديَهُ من الطريق وقلدها, دراسة وتحقيقاً- قدمتُها لقسم فقه السنة ومصادرها, في كلية الحديث الشريف, بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة, وقد تضمنت الرسالة قسمان:
الأول: قسم الدراسة وقد جعلتها في فصلين:
أحدهما: دراسة موجزة عن المؤلف -ابن حجر العسقلاني-, شملت جانباً من حياته ابتداءً بولادته ثم النشأة وطلبه للعلم ورِحلاته وأبرز شيوخه وتلاميذه, مروراً بتوليه القضاء, ومكانته العلمية, وبعض مؤلفاته, وانتهاءً بوفاته رحمه الله.
وثانيهما: دراسة موجزة عن كتاب "فتح الباري", شملت إسمه واسم مقدمته, وتوثيق نسبتهما للمؤلف, وغرضه من تأليفهما, ومنهجه فيهما, وأهميتهما, وانتهاءً بوصف المخطوطات المعتمدة في التحقيق مع تصوير نماذج منها.
الثاني: قسم التحقيق, وهو عبارة عن نسخ ومقابلة وخدمة جزء من هذا الكتاب من بداية شرح كتاب الحج, إلى نهاية شرح "باب من اشترى هديَهُ من الطريق وقلَّدَها" من كتاب الحج.
إنَّ ابن حجر العسقلاني -رحمه الله- إمام كبير القدر, عظيم الشأن, حاد الذكاء, قوي الملاحظة, وقد أبدع في كتابه أيَّما إبداع, وجمع في "فتح الباري" ما تفرق في غيره, فقد حوى كتابه علوماً كثيرة, وفنوناً متعددة, فالكتاب بحق يُعَدُّ موسوعةً علميةً, فقهيةً, حديثيةً, متنوعة.
وقد التزم في كتابه بتحقيق المنهج الذي رسمه لنفسه, فجاء شرحه وافياً, مؤدياً لأغلب المقاصد المرسومة: من بيان المناسبات, ووصل المعلقات, وحل المشكلات, وفك المعضِلات, وتوضيح المبهمات, والتوفيق بين المتعارضات, وجمع الروايات, إلى غير ذلك من المقاصد المهمة التي رام تحقيقها في كتابه.
وقد تركز جهدي في هذا العمل -المتواضع- على إخراج هذا الجزء من الكتاب إخراجاً علمياً كما أراد المؤلف, وكما يليق بالكتاب, فقمت بنسخه, ثم مقابلته بالمخطوط الأصل, ثم مقابلة ذلك ببقية النسخ المخطوطة المعتمدة في التحقيق, جاعلاً الفروق المهمة في الحواشي, مراعياً في ذلك كله قواعد اللغة العربية, وعلامات الترقيم الحديثة.

Praise be to Allah, first and foremost, outwardly and inwardly, prayers and peace of Allah be upon the best of all Prophets and Messengers, our Prophet, Muhammad, and upon all his family members and Companions.
This's a scientific research - entitled: "Fath al-Bari, explanation of Imam Bukhari" for Ibn Hajar al-Askalani, from the first chapter of pilgrimage, to the chapter of "those who bought his gift from the road and imitated it", a study and an investigation - I submitted it to the Department of Fiqh Al-Sunnah and its sources, at the Faculty of Hadith Sharif, Islamic University In Al-Madina Al-Munawarah, the research included two sections:
First: the study section has made it in two chapters:
One: a brief study on the author - Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani - included part of his life, starting from his birth then growing up and his Seek for knowledge, his trips, his prominent scholars (sheikhs) and students, until his position in judiciary, his status as a scholar, and some of his works, and until his death, may Allah confer mercy upon him.
The second: a brief study on the book "Fath al-Bari", including his name and the name of his introduction, related to the author, the purpose of its writing, and his methodology and importance, finally the description of the manuscripts adopted in the investigation with the providing some models.
The second: Department of Investigation, which is a copy, interview and service part of this book from the beginning of the pilgrimage explanation book, until the end of explanation "the chapter of who bought a gift by the road and imitated it ."
Ibn Hajar al-Askalani - may Allah have mercy on him – a great Imam, great person, sharp intelligence, strong observation, he did a creative work on his book, he collected in book "Fatih Al-Bari" what was written in different books, the contents included many sciences, and arts, the book is really Islamic sciences encyclopedia (jurisprudence, Hadith, and others). He committed himself achieving the curriculum he drew for himself in his introduction. His explanation was adequate, leading to most of the purposes that he had drawn, from the statement of events, and the arrival of pendants, problem-solving, and the resolution of dilemmas, clarify ambiguous, and reconcile the contradictions, and the collection of novels, and other important purposes that he had been achieved in his book.
I focus on this work to the product this part of his book as the author wants methodology, as it's deserve , I copied it, then compared it with the original manuscript, then compared the rest of the authenticated manuscript copies in the investigation, making important differences in footnotes, taking into consideration using the correct Arabic rules, and modern punctuation.
I ask Allah The Almighty to make this work sincere for His seek, and give me his reward in this life and the Hereafter, May Allah put it acceptance and spread. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all creation.
