Title Abstract The study title: a study and investigation of the book (Jaryu Al-Anhaar alaa Multaqaa Al-Abhurr) by Nurr Ad-Deen Mahmoud bun Barakaat Al-Baqaani, died 800AH, from the beginning of the (book forbidding to the end of the chapter: Hitting the belly of a woman).

عنوان البحث: (جري الأنهر على ملتقى الأبحر) لنور الدين محمود بن بركات الباقاني (ت 8004 ه) من أول "كتاب الكراهية إلى نهاية فصل من ضرب بطن امرأة "، دراسةً وتحقيقاً.
أهداف البحث: المساهمة في إخراج نص الكتاب في أقرب صورة وضعها عليه مؤلِفُه، بشرح غوامضه، وعزو نقولاته، وتخريج أحاديثه وآثاره...إلخ، وإثراء المكتبة الإسلامية، خدمةً للعلم وأهله، والأمة الإسلامية.
منهج البحث: تحقيق مخطوط، وقام على أربع نسخ، نسخة مكتبة الوطنية بأنقرة، ونسخة مكتبة قونية بتركيا، ونسخة مكتبة الملك عبد العزير بالرياض، ونسخة مكتبة يوسف آغا في تركيا.
بيان أقسام الرّئيسة للبحث: وقد تكونتْ الرسالة من مقدمة وقسمين:
أمّا المقدّمة: فيها أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، والجزء المراد تحقيقه، وخطة البحث فيه.
أمّا القسم الأوّل: فهو قسم الدراسة، وتشتمل على فصلين:
الفصل الأول: ترجمة سيرة صاحب المتن إبراهيم بن محمد الحلبي بإيجاز، وفيه منهجه، والقيمة العلمية للكتاب.
الفصل الثاني: ترجمة سيرة الشارح نور الدين محمود بن بركات الباقاني بإيجاز، وتحقيق اسم الكتاب، ونسبته إليه، وأهمية الشرح ومكانته العلمية، ومنهجه، واصطلاحاته، وموارده في قسم المحقق، ووصف المخطوطات المعتمدة، ونماذج منها.
أمّا القسم الثاني: فهو قسم الت حقيق، ويتضمن كتاب الكراهية، والبيع، وإحياء الموات, والشرب، والأشربة، والصيد, والرهن, والجنايات, والقصاص, والشهادة, والديات, والشجاج.
ثم أُلحق الرسالة بفهارس فنية، خدمةً لها، وتيسيراً على القارئ الكريم.
Abstract:
The study title: a study and investigation of the book (Jaryu Al-Anhaar alaa Multaqaa Al-Abhurr) by Nurr Ad-Deen Mahmoud bun Barakaat Al-Baqaani, died 800AH, from the beginning of the (book forbidding to the end of the chapter: Hitting the belly of a woman.
Research Area: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Islamic University of Medina, Faculty of Sharia, Fiqh Department.
Objective of the study: to contribute in reviewing the text of the book to the nearest form according to how the author wrote it, explaining its strange words, authenticating its quotations, hadiths, narrations and etc. and to participate in enriching the Islamic library, as a way of rendering service to knowledge, its people and the nation at large.
The Methodology of the study: investigating the manuscript which was based four copies, a copy of the National Library of Ankara, a copy of the Konya Library in Turkey, a copy of the King Abdul-Azir Library in Riyadh and a copy of the Yusuf Agha Library in Turkey.
The study consists of an introduction and two sections.
The introduction: it included the importance of the topic, the reason for choosing it, its previous studies, the part which is to be investigated and the methodology of the research.
The first section: which is the study section, it consisted of two chapters:
The first chapter: included a brief study of the biography of the author of the text Ibrahim bun Muhammad Al-Halabi, his methodology, and the knowledge value of the book.
The second chapter: a brief study of the biography of the one who commented on the book Nurr Ad-Deen Mahmoud bun Barakaat Al-Baqaani, investigating the name of the book, its relation to him, the importance of his comments, his knowledge value, his methodology, his terminologies, his sources in the investigation section, the description of the approved manuscript and showing some of its samples.
The second section: which is the investigation section: it included the following chapters from the book: the disliked, selling, drinking, drinks, hunting, gambling, crimes, retribution, testifying, blood money, and shajjah (slashing).
The appendixes were added at the end of the study to make it easier for the Quranic reciter.
