المستخلص: تمثل هذه الدراسة أنموذجاً لدور اللغويين في تعزيز الأمن الوطني، وتعرضت للانحرافات الدلالية، ومنهج أصحاب الأفكار الضالة في تحريف الدلالات، مع شرح الدلالة وتعريفها، وتعريف الانحراف الدلالي، والحديث عن التطور الدلالي وأسبابه ومظاهره؛ بهدف بيان الفروق الدقيقة بين الانحراف الدلالي والتطور الدلالي حتى لا يستغل أمثال هؤلاء النظريات اللغوية وعلوم اللغة للترويج لأفكارهم الهدامة، وعرض نماذج تحليلية من الانحرافات الدلالية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات من أهمها أن تعزيز الانتماء إلى الوطن، والدفاع عنه ومحاربة كل ما يهدد أمنه، ويعطل تنميته رسالة أبناء الوطن مهما اختلفت تخصصاتهم وتعددت اهتماماتهم، وأن من وسائل التضليل عند أصحاب الأفكار الضالة والمنحرفة إخراج دلالات الألفاظ عن حقيقتها، وتسمية الأشياء بغير مسمياتها، وأن بيان الانحرافات الدلالية عند أصحاب الأفكار الضالة، مما يعزز الأمن الوطني ويمنع الانحرافات الفكرية عند الشباب، وأهمية دراسة الانحرافات اللغوية التي يروج لها أصحاب المناهج المنحرفة، وبيان أسبابها وطرق علاجها، وأن إهمال هذه الانحرافات اللغوية قد يتسبب في انتشارها بين فئات مستهدفة داخل المجتمع، وأن الكشف عن الانحرافات اللغوية بصورها المختلفة يحتاج إلى تكاتف جهود المؤسسات اللغوية في المملكة العربية السعودية وهذا واجبها في خدمة الوطن وتعزيز أمنه.

Abstract: This study is a model for the role of linguists in strengthening national security, it discussed semantic deviations, the approach of those with deviant ideas in distorting meanings, thereby explaining and defining semantic, and also defining the semantic deviation, and gave a discourse about semantic development, its causes and manifestations; In order to illustrate the nuances between semantic deviation and semantic development so that such theories and language sciences are not used to promote their destructive ideas, and to present models of analysis of semantic deviations. The study has reached a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which are: The promotion and defense of belonging to the homeland and the fight against everything that threatens its security and hinders its development is the mission of the citizens irrespective of their specializations and area of interests. And that one of the means of the deviant people with deviant ideas in misleading is to use semantics out of context, and giving different appellations to the original names of things. Highlighting the semantic deviations of those with deviant ideas strengthens national security and prevents intellectual deviations among young people. The importance of studying the linguistic deviations being promoted by people with deviant methodologies, explaining its causes and highlighting ways of treating them. The neglect of these linguistic deviations may cause them to spread among targeted groups within the society. Exposing the language deviations in all its forms is a task to be done by the linguistic institutions in Saudi Arabia, and this is their duty to serve the country and to enhance its security.
