المستخلص: لقد عُنيت حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية بخدمة كتاب الله تعالى وسنة نبيه محمد ، وكانت جهودها في هذا المجال بصمة واضحة في تاريخ خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين، وتوالت جهود ملوكها على ذلك، ومن صور تلك الجهود إنشاء مجمع الملك فهد رحمه الله لطباعة المصحف الشريف، ثم إعداد برنامج جامع خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبد الله رحمه الله للسنة النبوية، ثم إنشاء مجمع خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود للحديث النبوي الشريف والذي صدر الأمر الملكي بإنشائه في 27/1/1439 هـ. ومن يتأمل في ثنايا برنامج جامع خادم الحرمين الشريفين للسنة النبوية يدرك الجهد الكبير المشكور الذي بُذل في الإعداد العلمي والبرمجة والتطوير حتى صدر هذا البرنامج بهذا المستوى المرموق الذي يتواكب مع تطورات هذا العصر ومتطلباته. ثم إن المطّلع على كتب الجرح والتعديل؛ يدرك علاقة كثيرٍ من أحكام الأئمة على الرواة بأمر الإحصاءات؛ فقد يُبنى عليه جرح مفسر يحتاج إلى التأكد من مدى دقته؛ أو وصف الراوي بكثرة الرواية عن الضعفاء والكذابين، أو بيان مدى اهتمام الراوي برواية الحديث وعدد مروياته قلة وكثرة؛ فيقال مثلا: فلان قليل الحديث، فجاء برنامج خادم الحرمين للسنة النبوية ليخدم جانب إحصاء مرويات الراوي، وعدد مروياته عن كل شيخ وتلميذ، وعدد مروياته في كل كتاب من كتب السنة التي خدمها البرنامج؛ فيسّر للباحثين هذه الجوانب الإحصائية التي كانت من الصعوبة بمكان؛ والتي يمكن أن تبني عليها أبحاث ودراسات للوصول إلى نتائج أكثر دقة في أحوال الرواة؛ والتي تؤثر بشكل مباشر في بيان درجة الأحاديث. وخدمة سنة النبي  متجددة؛ لا تتوقف عند حدّ، لذا رأيت من خلال استخدامي لهذا البرنامج الكبير أن أسهم في بيان جانب من جوانبه وهو عنايته بإحصاءات الرواة، وكيف تعامل البرنامج معها، وما هي الميزات التي تميزت بها، وكيف يمكن للباحث أن يفيد منها، وما هي الملحوظات، ثم ما هي الأمور المقترحة التي يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير في هذا الجانب من البرنامج في إصداراته القادمة.

Abstract: The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been concerned with serving the Book of Almighty Allaah and the Sunnah of His Prophet Muhammad –peace and blessings upon him-, and its efforts in this field are clear imprint in the history of the service of Islam and Muslims, and the efforts of its kings continued on that. Among the manifestations of those efforts is the establishment of the King Fahd Complex -may Allaah have mercy on him- for the Printing of the Noble Qur’an, then the preparation of the Program on the Collection of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah -may Allaah have mercy on him- for the Prophetic Sunnah, and then the establishment of the Complex of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Azeez Al Saud, for the Prophetic Noble Hadith, to the effect of which a Royal Order was issued on 27/1/1439 AH. Whoever reflects on the content of the Program on the Collection of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the Prophetic Sunnah will be fully aware of the great and commendable effort that has been made in its scientific preparation, programming and development until this Program was produced at such prestigious level that is in line with the developments and requirements of this era. Moreover, whoever studies the books of al-jarh (discrediting) and at-ta‘deel (endorsement) will realize the relationship of many of the rulings of the scholars on the narrators with the matter of statistics; since an interpreted jarh may be built upon it and we may need to confirm its accuracy; or the description of a narrator with many narrations from the weak people and the fabricators, or the explanation of the extent at which a narrator is concerned with the narration of hadith and the number of his narrations whether it is few or many, For example, it is said: So and so is a little narrator, so the Program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the Sunnah came to serve the side of statistics of the narrator’s narratives, the number of his narratives from each teacher and student, and the number of his narratives in each book of the Sunnah that the program served; hence it provides researchers with these statistical aspects, which were erstwhile very difficult, and upon which research and studies can be built to reach more accurate results on the status of the narrators, which directly affect the degree of hadiths. The service of the Sunnah of the Prophet is progressive; it does not stop at any extent. This is why through my use of this great Program, I wish to contribute to the highlighting of one of its aspects, which is its attention to the narrators' statistics, how the program dealt with it, what are the features that distinguished it, and how the researcher can benefit from it, And what are the observations, then what are the proposed matters that could contribute to developing in this aspect of the program in its future editions.
