5- تضمن الفصل التاسع قوادح كثيرة في الجراح تارة يصرح بها ابن حجر-رحمه الله-، وتارة لا يصرح ويقول: "تكلم فيه بلا حجة"، أو "تكلم فيه بلا مستند".
6- اشتمل البحث على ثلاثين مسألة من قوادح الجرح؛ مقرونة بأمثلتها.
Abstract: •Collectiing of the reasons preventing acceptance of Jarh "Impugn" and the reason of its rejection, which was mentioned by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar - may God have mercy on him - in the ninth chapter of “Al Hoda Al-Sari”, with classificating and formulatiing and commenting on it , and also setting some examples which were mentioned by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar - may God have mercy on him -.
• Methodology of Research: Descriptive Analysis.
• Sections: Issues of Research, and they are thirty issues.
• Most Prominent Results:
1. The lofty status of al-Bukhaaree, may Allaah have mercy on him, in this science, and the status of his book al-Saheeh.
2. The status of al-Haafiz ibn Hajar in the Science of Hadeeth.
3. Specialization of al-Haafiz ibn Hajar in working with Saheeh al-Bukhaaree, and his abundance of knowledge and experience in it.
4. The ninth chapter of Hudaa al-Saaree is considered from amongst the most important of ibn Hajar's writings, may Allaah have mercy on him, concerning the defence of the narrators mentioned by al-Bukhaaree, may Allaah have mercy on him, who were criticized.
5. The ninth chapter comprises numerous ways of refusing criticism, at times ibn Hajar, may Allaah have mercy on him, mentions them explicity, and other times he doesn't do so, but rather says, "He was criticized without any evidence", or, "He was criticized without any reason".
6. The research consists of thirty methods of refusing criticism, along with examples of each.
