المستخلص: • دراسة بعض المسائل المتعلقة بالصحابة، والدفاع عن الطعون التي أثيرت حول أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه ومروياته. • منهج البحث: تحليلي وصفي. • أقسامه: ثلاثة عشر مبحثًا. • أبرز نتائجه: 1- معرفة الصحابة من أجل معارف علوم الحديث، وأهميتها كبيرة، وفوائدها عديدة. 2- تنوع جهود المحدثين في العناية بالصحابة. 3- توافق منهج أهل السنة والجماعة في الصحابة مع نصوص الكتاب والسنة، بخلاف الطوائف المخالفة لهم. 4- يتفاوت الصحابة في عدد أحاديثهم، وأكثرهم على الإطلاق أبو هريرة رض الله عنه. 5- توارد أصحاب الطوائف على الطعن في أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ لا لشخصه ولكن لما تحمله ورواه من أحاديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.

Abstract: • Study of some of the issues concerning the Companions, and the defense against the defamations which were stirred up about Abu Hurayrah, may Allaah be pleased with him, and his narrations. • Methodology of Research: Descriptive Analysis. • Sections: Thirteen discussions. • Most Prominent Results: 1. Knowing the companions is of the greatest pieces of information of the sciences of Hadeeth; its importance is great, and its benefits are numerous. 2. Diversity of the Muhadditheen's efforts towards the Companions. 3. Concurrence of the methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah with the text of the Book and the Sunnah, as opposed to the various sects that have opposed them. 4. The Companions varied in the number of ahaadeeth that they narrated; the one who narrated the most is, unrestrictedly, Abu Hurayrah, may Allaah be please with him. 5. The members of the various sects have succeeded each other in defaming Abu Hurayrah, may Allaah be please with him; not because of him as an individual, but rather because of the Prophetic Narrations, may the peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him, that he carried with him.
