المستخلص: يعنى هذا البحث بجمع المسائل الفقهية القضائية، التي تختلف في الحكم بحسب الفقر والغنى، ودراستها دراسة فقهية مقارنة، وبيان محل اتفاق فيها ومحل الاختلاف، وذكر أقوال الفقهاء في ذلك. وقد تكون البحث من مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهارس، المبحث الأول، في التعريف بمفردات البحث، والثاني، في المسائل القضائية التي يختلف فيها الفقير والغني، وهي مسألة رزق القاضي، وأجرة الشاهد، وتحديد ما يجب على العاقلة في الديات، ودعوى النفقة، والإعاشة، وقبول الدعوى. الكلمات: الغنى، الفقر، الأحكام، القضاء.

Abstract: This research means collecting jurisprudential issues that differ in judgment according to poverty and wealth, studying them a comparative jurisprudential study, explaining the subject of agreement in them and the place of difference, and mentioning the sayings of jurists in that. The research may consist of an introduction, two topics, a conclusion, and indexes, the first topic, in defining the vocabulary of the research, and the second, in judicial matters in which the poor and the rich differ, which is the issue of the judge’s livelihood, the wages of the witness, the determination of what should be rational in the blood money, and the claim of alimony, Subsistence and acceptance of the lawsuit.
