المستخلص: البحث يدرس التقنية الحديثة "البلوكتشين" وهي ما يمكن أن يترجم حرفياً ب "سلسلة الكتل"، وهي تقنية ارتبطت في بداية الأمر بالعملات الإلكترونية، ثم اتجه العالم (حكومات ومؤسسات) إلى استلال هذه التقنية بشكل منفرد عن العملات الإلكترونية، واستخدامها في تطبيقات مالية وتنظيمية متعددة. وتتلخص فكرة هذه التقنية في نقل التعاملات من مراكز تحكم موحّدة -مركزية- إلى أن يكون التحكم موزّعاً بين عدة نقاط، مما يساعد في سرعة التعاملات وشفافيتها وموثوقيتها، وصعوبة اختراقها والتلاعب بها. وهذه التقنية أحدثت وستحدث تغييرات كبيرة في التعاملات المالية والتنظيمية في حياة الناس، مما يحتاج فيه الناس إلى بيان الحكم الفقهي، والنظر الشرعي، في تكييف هذه التقنية، وحكم التعامل بها في المعاملات المالية، وماهية العقود الذكية، وحكم الاعتماد على هذه التقنية في أداء الحقوق والإثبات والشهادة والتوثيق.

Abstract: The research studies the Blockchain technology, that was initially associated with electronic currencies such as Bitcoin. Then The world (governments and institutions) turned to use this technology separately from electronic currencies, and to use it in financial and regulatory applications. The idea of this technology is to transfer transactions from central control centers to distributed control among several nods, which helps to speed the transactions and keep the reliability and integrity of the system. This technology has created and will bring about significant changes in financial and regulatory transactions in people's lives, in which people need to articulate the jurisprudential judgment and Sharia's consideration in adapting this technique to the jurisprudence of dealing with it in financial transactions, Certification and documentation.
