المستخلص: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن معوقات الإبداع البحثي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا بكليات التربية بالمملكة العربية السعودية وبيان كيفية التغلب عليها، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة كاداة للدراسة قام بتطبيقها على عينة بلغت (90) من طلاب وطالبات الماجستير والدكتوراه بكليات التربية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها: تبين أن من أهم معوقات الإبداع البحثي ما يلي: ضعف التعاون بين الباحثين، إغفال تميز الناشطين في المجال البحثي عن غيرهم، ضيق الوقت اللازم لإجراء الأبحاث الإبداعية، ضعف القدرة على تنظيم وقت البحث، حساسية المجتمع من البحوث ذات الطابع النقدي للمشكلات، أن من أهم آليات التغلب على معوقات الإبداع البحثي ما يلي: التوسع في إنشاء المكتبات المتخصصة في مجال البحوث، تشجيع مشاريع البحث الجماعية، نشر ثقافة الوعي بأهمية البحث العلمي لدى الأساتذة والطلاب، إصدار دليل علمي متكامل يحتوي على أساسيات كتابة البحث العلمي، تنويع أساليب المتابعة والتقويم للبحث العلمي، أن طلاب وطالبات الدكتوراه أكثر رؤية إيجابية لآليات التغلب على معوقات الإبداع البحثي، أن طلاب وطالبات التخصص العلمي أكثر رؤية لمعوقات الإبداع البحثي، أن طلاب وطالبات التخصص العلمي أكثر رؤية لآليات التغلب على معوقات الإبداع البحثي.

Abstract: ABSTRACT The current study aimed at portraying the hindrances of research creativity among the post-graduate students at the faculties of education, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and methods of overcoming such hindrances. The descriptive method was adopted and a questionnaire developed as a research instrument was administered to fulfill the study objectives. The study participants were the master and doctorate degree students at the faculties of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results of the study revealed that the research creativity hindrances are the limited degree of cooperation among researchers, the avoidance of rewarding the pioneer researchers, the limitlessness of time assigned to conduct creative research, the lack of the researcher ability to organize the research time, and the community sensitivity to research criticizing problems. The results revealed that the most important mechanisms for overcoming the research creativity hindrances are expanding the projects of establishing specialized libraries for the research field; encouraging the collective research projects; spreading the culture awareness of the scientific research importance among the staff members and students; publishing scientific integrated guide containing the basics of scientific research; varying the methods of assessment and evaluation of the scientific research. Furthermore, the results revealed that the doctorate degree students (males and females) are positive concerning overcoming the research creativity, the scientific branch students (males and females) have clear views concerning the hindrances of the research creativity and they have clear views concerning overcoming the research creativity hindrances.
